Kinich being able to sling those explosive blue balls/flower is literally my favourite thing. So convenient in “Destroy 2 towers” commissions as well as many other things.
I got Kinich the moment he released. Could not hold back myself after I saw his gameplay in trailer/teasers. After getting him im so happy, he is so much fun to play, makes exploration a bit fun as well, as you dont need yamkasaur and tepeltsaur for climbing or reaching high places. And his dmg is relatively decent as well.
His grapple and cannon shot are pretty funny but also very useful when they follow the PMA as it rockets up in the air. Hahaha. Thanks for awesome guide as always, Sevy. ;)
these intros are so much fun! Kinich definitely has a bit of a jank in in his kit but it's so fun and unique it kinda compensates. I wish his indicator was a bit clearer though, it's hard to see it in the middle of all the chaos sometimes.
Kinich also has a unique wall climbing mechanic after you use his hold skill, it’s finicky but either continuing forward or re-tapping the skill makes him leap vertically upwards
If you grapple at long distance it can take Kinich a longer time to maneuver into the enemy's blind spot. What you can do is grapple the enemy at very close range, like melee range, and this lets you spin around the enemy very fast, making it easier to get 4 cannon shots.
Been waiting for your guide since day1 of Kinich. Even though his artifacts were ready and so far mine was dealing 200k dmg I still want to see your guide. Finally its here

Tip:most blind spot are on the back of the enemies so try to observe your enemy on where's the back of the enemies so that you can get more points (hope it helps❤)

So now my Raiden can finally have her drip weapon and the catch will go to a unit who can display her mastery over pyro and pole arms ^^ I did build up 50 pity for some Thoma cons but Sara kept coming home who is already C6 :( Would love to have at least his C2 but he’s C1 for now. So far, I am very happy with his gameplay loop. Grappling around feels so much fun, especially in explorations! The team I plan on running for now is Kinich, Yelan, Bennet, and Thoma. Yelan will be replaced with Emilie on her rerun. Here’s hoping we get a five star version of Xiangling and Bennet!
Does "skill dmg" that triggers off-field attacks requiring normal attacks but doesn't scale from "normal attack" and doesn't trigger Beidou which requires normal attacks. The Beidou hate is real, Hoyo 😭
Why is no one recommending Scroll of the Cinder City for Kinich on like any guide? Yes he's a dps but that set still gives a 40% dmg bonus to literally everyone on your team. You also gain a bit of energy which helps with rotations where you would burst to increase the duration of your elemental skill. For teams that include sub DPS characters like Emilie or Furina they'll also get a 40% damage bonus! Think about how large that is across the board.

But I don't like how mihoyo using burn to increase dendritic damage, instead if raising the damage of the burning reaction. question for Kinichi players. Have any of you tried to place xiangling's pyronado on a target, and strafe counter clockwise with kinichi, to keep the pyronado static on the target for more damage?
11:50 It seems like Talking stick would be a good match for Kinich if he was paired with Bennet. I've seen some calcs but they never say if the weapon's passive buff is active. I guess it depends on the pyro Archon.

Such a unique playstyle, and I love the 8bit theme so much… but I don’t have many pulls right now so I have to pass on him for future characters. A shame, he looks pretty fun to play and I’ve always wanted to make a burning/burgeon team.
I genuinely didn't think they'd ever add a character more annoying than Paimon, and then we got Ajaw. Not the only reason I won't be pulling for Kinich, but it's a factor
