Breña Children's Hospital suffers from new operating rooms | Cuarto Poder | Perú
The new surgery area should operate on the seventh floor of the Breña Children's Hospital, but the consortium that was going to be in charge of implementing the eight new operating rooms has failed to meet delivery deadlines, despite the fact that its representatives have been paid more than 4 millions of soles until now. The modernization was going to double the number of operations performed at said medical center.

Y el hospital no constato que hacian trato con un dwlincuente?? No busco referencias? Desenvolsar 4 millones de soles,sin haber concluido una obra?? Bastante raro...debe haber gente del hospital metida en esta maraña
