This is fantastic clarity about my so called prostate cancer. Ive known for over 2 years i dont have it but circumstances and symptoms arise and i waffle and entertain its possibility. My test result numbers are lower now by 30% but of course Im in complete remission. To remain adamantly in this mind set is my intention!!! And so it is. Thanks again
I couldn't agree more regarding not having the need to try and manifest "in steps": first trying to manifest the text message, then the date, then the confession of his feelings etc etc. To my mind, it only puts me in the anxious state worrying if it's going to happen like this (which is again me trying to micromanage out of fear). Now I prefer and even find some enjoyment to just go to the end result - us being happily married and having already created our family and on him already being the version of him who absolutely loves, chooses me and is committed to me 100%. This feels so much better! Thank you for your videos!

Where was this video a few weeks ago because the manifesting in steps is so true as I discovered... thought I was "living in the end" but after a year of trying, I now see I was so hung up on getting unblocked and then the text message that the message I got after reaching out to him was so lukewarm and dead-end... now my mind is sarcastically slow-clapping me because, well done, you got your message and it's a whopper!! Haha... anyway, thank you... your honesty about what you really shouldn't do is changing my game with each video. 😊

I took off mine off social media, I had too, I was triggering myself more and more seeing that he would immediately see my snap, and then not message me about it haha. I drove myself crazy!!!! So after some time (2 days now) haha I feel so much better there’s no way I’m going to add back, but the next time I’m on social media, we will have accounts together because we’re that cute couple who shares everything ♥️ I have only 5 main affirmations. I’m in coaching with Matt, and he’s really help chill me out! Tbh just really focus on your mental diet! Trust me reaching out isn’t going to help. ♥️
Shes my trusted friend who reaches out to me often, who is attracted to me , respects me greatly, trusts me with her love , laughs at my jokes and cares for me in the dearest way.
yesterday I was literally so frustrated that I wasn't seeing any movement for months, I was only waiting for a sign and when I was going back home and I saw his old school, his favorite song came up first when I shuffled my song library and many many more signs. I think he's finally close :) gotta keep persisting and he will come back
I love the way the way this helps! It doestn matter how much you believe or how much you try of these tactics. Its the best to move on positively. Its the best to not go and eat yourself up for what happened. Because if they are contacting you again. They'd want to see you in a state where your'e happy and smiling and being positive instead of crying and being a sad sack that doesnt want anything besides the time to turn back. So be positve. Work on yourself and keep moving forward. Keep up with manifesting because there is no negative effects from doing it.
i know i comment a lot on your videos but i just wanted to say that i’ve realized that 3rd party situations, my sp not wanting to talk to me, giving me the cold shoulder, talking about me when i’m not looking is because i manifested it so i try to say “well, at least you know you can manifest what you focus on now fix it to get what you really want” and that’s really helped me not focus on how negative my outcome is right now
But i was just manifesting text .. not this how he behave he is happy with me nothing and seriously no one talk about this in there vdos .. so thanku soo much

Great video. I think that letting go of the 3 D is the hardest. I really feel the inspired action piece. I had a day where I really felt a pull to visit. But it was in retrospect out of desperation. And as a result, we are in no connection. So I’m working on keeping my energy brilliantly high during this “place of space”, as I call it. And the triggers. You are right. I manifested where I’m at. I call it “Stop the Madness!” No more desperation! And the manifestation in steps?! Genius! Thank you. I’ve already decided. Matthew, I've been very diligent with what you've been teaching and have been feeling really good. Last night I had some really vivid and positive dreams with my SP. Just wondering your thoughts on this.
The way I keep seeing my sp car almost everyday. I know this is just little but this just makes me believe and persist in it is done. Today was my 3rd time this week seeing their car. I call my sp my baby even when I’m talking to my friends.

Hi Matthew. My sp told me today he is leaving the country for a job. I am sad. I don't want him to go. From 2021 onwards I am trying to manifest him. I feel like it's impossible. From 2021 onwards I am dealing with a lot of hot & cold behavior. He knows that I love him & like him but he still keeps telling me that he doesn't want me. He asked me to move on. I confess my feelings 6 times. I am about to give up. Looking for hope! Thanks in advance.
Well, going off your comment, it is hard for me to know what specifically you need. However, if you have confused your feelings 6 times, does this come from lack or having?
Is it ok to think: "We are in no contact because we need to heal (and I am currently in the need of it ~ doing therapy, 12-step prog., releasing past trauma & ex)..? And because he is mirroring me, he is in the same process? Once I’m healed ~ we come back together? But that can be dangerous as.. will we ever be truly healed & can’t we be together despite still healing & being in the process..?

Loving yourself is not settling and you're putting yourself first. Persisting is to redirect your focus to your end result when it comes to mind and taking some time out of your day to consciously put you in the end result
Hi Mathew! Thank you for this beautiful video I absolutely needed it. I am new to LOA, this may seem like a silly question but I will ask this in any case! Will I ruin my SP manifestation if I focus on my self-concept before manifesting Sp back? I know you can manifest with a trashy self-concept, but who wants that? I tried asking another coach on Instagram and she said you can manifest him now with low self-concept, but I want to be at my absolute best. But now I'm scared I lose him etc.... I really do want my guy back, but I want permanent results, ie marriage! So will focusing on myself (self-concept) until I'm ready to manifest him ruin things?
Thank you! I apprecaite the kind words! So, no, working on SC will not cause you to lose him. It would be better for yourself overall to do SC work because, like you referenced, you want long term results. So, going for Sc is fine. However, you don't have to completely remove Sp work. You can do both

March 31, 2023: trying • April 2, 2023: I did exactly what this guy suggested & blocked out our breakup. I imagined it as if we never broke up (bc we didn’t 😉) i feel my charka levels are higher. Yesterday I did a guided meditation to manifest your sp back & I feel a lot less attached to him! I did it at night & then went to bed. I’ve been using subliminals, not too much luck there. Anyways, today I’m gonna go out & buy a notebook for scripting like this guy said. I’ll work on self concept w/ one of them. I’ll update soon. :D Edit: later in the day, I just remembered. I got a dream that he unblocked me so that’s good! Bc sometimes my dreams come true. I’ve predicted the 2020 election, gifts, & some other stuff that I can’t remember but that’s what I remember from the top of my head. April 3: gonna try rhe 5x55 method. But the thing about manifesting and law of attractions people do not think this detailed about their emotions people just live in their life You're almost speaking like you have to manipulate yourself or trick yourself into what you want. Because all I know is before I know about law of attraction I always got what I wanted. It seems like the bad things that happen in our life start to kill that faith.
I don't really know what to say to that. Most people come to this because their life has fallen apart and want to make it better. My experience was the opposite, my life was awful and now is great. So I'm not really sure what to say to your comment
This is very helpful! What about if I am in no contact, I reacted really bad to the 3D and I blocked him on socials. Should I unblock him or not? and instead revise and script different maybe?
Thank you for your kind words! That is up to you, do you find that having him unblocked on social media triggers you when you see his posts? If not I do not see the harm in unblocking him. So yes you can either revise and rewrite your old story or affirm for how you want things to go moving forward.
Then try to envision a new version of her that sees the old and current story as good. Or, try to drop the old story, even if its good, all together and focus on a new story where she is happy with you
What about the idea that I may be taking something from him if I take him away from a 3rd party or hurting him by affirming him to be back with me? Do those go against any spiritual laws? or is it my own reality that he and I would be in?

My girlfriend and i break because of the interference of her father. It was so hard for the both of us because we love each other so much and created such a great bond. But now we talk to each other but justs as friends!. Does manifestation still work if we are talking to each other? i really don't know what to do. Hey how do I recreate the version of my sp who does everything I tell him to do? Not in a bad way but yes he is kinda egoistic person he doesn't want me to say anything to him he says I'm controlling which I'm not . I'll be very grateful if you help me out with these.
Before I give some advice, I think you need to take a step back and be honest about the situation. While we are consciously creating our reality, you started that by saying 'how to recreate someone who does everything I tell them to?' And then said you weren't controlling and blamed his ego. So, maybe rethink the situation a little. As for advice, my assumption, based on your comment, is you're telling him what to do, he says no and then you get a bit irritated or react to it negatively. So, the first step would be to stop trying to tell him what to do in the 3D but instead in your imagination, view him as someone who does what you need them to. If he doesn't do it, don't react, just go into your imagination. If he does do it, be thankful to him and yourself that he did it.
I want to have a happy marriage but i still cannot forget my ex. But me and my ex had argument a lot. So what should i do? Well, I don't know why you argued because I wasn't there. However, a lot of the time, arguments will stem from dissatisfaction of someone, which usually stems from self concept. So, yeah, work on self concept. However, you aren't looking to change him. You want to simply see him as a new version and allow reality to shift. Live in the end of being a happy loving couple and let reality shift into that
That depends on your dedication to changing that internal story. No coach can really put a time frame on it and without knowing more about you and your journey, I couldn't really give much of an answer. Sorry

I was dumped by girl out of my league in every term, however she was extremely in love with me. I was really paranoid she will leve every time, she has tons of options from great guy, but she was still into me. But I waa extremeley paranoid and verbally attacked her (she is bipolar, but control it very well) and she broke up with me with very classy way. She wanted a contact, because she has great relationship with every exes. However I am not able to be only friends with her, so we are in no contact for over a month. Is it still possible to manifest her as gf?
You can talk about it to your therapist, because they'll hopefully be helping you to overcome your limitations. But, once you're done, go back to the end result.

I don't believe in free will. We are always manifesting. Everything we have ever experienced is a manifestation. If someone gives you a pay raise, would you consider that against their free will? When your friend splits their lunch, would you consider that against their free will? Probably not. But also, if you're making this other person happy and giving them an amazing life? Even if you were against their free will, would it be that bad?

Manifestation is a shift in your state of being. You're going from someone without their desire to someone with their desire. This is all internal first and then it reflects outward onto your reality. How you become this new state of being doesn't matter. For example, whether you do the 369 or 33x3, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you're working to shift your mindset to be in alignment with the version of you who HAS your desire. How you accomplish that isn't the magic, its the fact it is accomplished that is
Hello Brother, thanks for this video. I need some help. I'm in a very bad place right now. Me and my love have been dating for almost 3 years, while since last 1 year it was long distance. She basically left me last month saying family issues but still loved me, but me begging and texting her entire month made her push further away. Now she says she has decided to never come back and blocked me from everywhere and told me not to wait for her as she'll never come back. That is very difficult to say without knowing more about you and what you are currently doing. so, my short answer would be to go back to your end result and reside there. There is no benefit to focusing on the lack of what you want. So, start looking forward at the actualisation of what you do want in your mind.
I actually have a legitimate question. What is the exact feeling that we're meant to recognize of our specific person by knowing them, even before we had already met them in person?
Question, what should you do/say if someone is interested in you and asks if you’re single?? How should we act if someone’s chatting you up? Do we reject them because we’re with SP in the 4D?? CFC
Well, I preach to live your life. Now I know it kigbt contradict your 4D. However, if you can be single and get your SP, you can date and get them too. So, if you wanted to date them, just while you wait, go for it. Just make sure you don't have the assumption it'll holt you. If you don't want to and you just want to get them to stop asking without relaying the old story, you could just say 'I'm just focusing on me' or 'I'm seeing how things go' neither options tips too much to either way. Where was this video a few weeks ago because the manifesting in steps is so true as I discovered... thought I was "living in the end" but after a year of trying, I now see I was so hung up on getting unblocked and then the text message that the message I got after reaching out to him was so lukewarm and dead-end... now my mind is sarcastically slow-clapping me because, well done, you got your message and it's a whopper!! I took off mine off social media, I had too, I was triggering myself more and more seeing that he would immediately see my snap, and then not message me about it haha. I drove myself crazy!!!! So after some time (2 days now) haha I feel so much better there’s no way I’m going to add back, but the next time I’m on social media, we will have accounts together because we’re that cute couple who shares everything ♥️

yesterday I was literally so frustrated that I wasn't seeing any movement for months, I was only waiting for a sign and when I was going back home and I saw his old school, his favorite song came up first when I shuffled my song library and many many more signs. I love the way the way this helps! It doestn matter how much you believe or how much you try of these tactics. Its the best to move on positively. Its the best to not go and eat yourself up for what happened. Because if they are contacting you again. They'd want to see you in a state where your'e happy and smiling and being positive instead of crying and being a sad sack that doesnt want anything besides the time to turn back. So be positve. Work on yourself and keep moving forward. Keep up with manifesting because there is no negative effects from doing it.

i know i comment a lot on your videos but i just wanted to say that i’ve realized that 3rd party situations, my sp not wanting to talk to me, giving me the cold shoulder, talking about me when i’m not looking is because i manifested it so i try to say “well, at least you know you can manifest what you focus on now fix it to get what you really want” and that’s really helped me not focus on how negative my outcome is right now

Great video. I think that letting go of the 3 D is the hardest. I really feel the inspired action piece. I had a day where I really felt a pull to visit. But it was in retrospect out of desperation. And as a result, we are in no connection. So I’m working on keeping my energy brilliantly high during this “place of space”, as I call it. And the triggers. You are right. I manifested where I’m at. I call it “Stop the Madness!” No more desperation! And the manifestation in steps?! Genius! Thank you. I’ve already decided. I’ll give up texts for face ti face conversations for the rest of our lives. Manifesting healthy love with out home together and our husky fur baby! The way I keep seeing my sp car almost everyday. I know this is just little but this just makes me believe and persist in it is done. Today was my 3rd time this week seeing their car. I call my sp my baby even when I’m talking to my friends.

Hi Matthew. My sp told me today he is leaving the country for a job. I am sad. I don't want him to go. From 2021 onwards I am trying to manifest him. I feel like it's impossible. From 2021 onwards I am dealing with a lot of hot & cold behavior. He knows that I love him & like him but he still keeps telling me that he doesn't want me. He asked me to move on. I confess my feelings 6 times. I am about to give up. Looking for hope! Thanks in advance.
Well, going off your comment, it is hard for me to know what specifically you need. However, if you have confused your feelings 6 times, does this come from lack or having?
Is it ok to think: "We are in no contact because we need to heal (and I am currently in the need of it ~ doing therapy, 12-step prog., releasing past trauma & ex)..? And because he is mirroring me, he is in the same process? Once I’m healed ~ we come back together? But that can be dangerous as.. will we ever be truly healed & can’t we be together despite still healing & being in the process..?
I would advise going to the end result where you're both together and have already healed. All of what you put focuses on not having him

Hi Mathew! Thank you for this beautiful video I absolutely needed it. I am new to LOA, this may seem like a silly question but I will ask this in any case! Will I ruin my SP manifestation if I focus on my self-concept before manifesting Sp back? I know you can manifest with a trashy self-concept, but who wants that? I tried asking another coach on Instagram and she said you can manifest him now with low self-concept, but I want to be at my absolute best. But now I'm scared I lose him etc.... I really do want my guy back, but I want permanent results, ie marriage! So will focusing on myself (self-concept) until I'm ready to manifest him ruin things?

So, no, working on SC will not cause you to lose him. It would be better for yourself overall to do SC work because, like you referenced, you want long term results.
So, going for Sc is fine. However, you don't have to completely remove Sp work. You can do both

April 2, 2023: I did exactly what this guy suggested & blocked out our breakup. I imagined it as if we never broke up (bc we didn’t 😉) i feel my charka levels are higher. Yesterday I did a guided meditation to manifest your sp back & I feel a lot less attached to him! I did it at night & then went to bed. I’ve been using subliminals, not too much luck there. Anyways, today I’m gonna go out & buy a notebook for scripting like this guy said. I’ll work on self concept w/ one of them. I’ll update soon. :D
Edit: later in the day, I just remembered. I got a dream that he unblocked me so that’s good! Bc sometimes my dreams come true. I’ve predicted the 2020 election, gifts, & some other stuff that I can’t remember but that’s what I remember from the top of my head.

It's not a problem but if you're doing it because you're in a bad state, it definitely won't help.
But the thing about manifesting and law of attractions people do not think this detailed about their emotions people just live in their life You're almost speaking like you have to manipulate yourself or trick yourself into what you want. Because all I know is before I know about law of attraction I always got what I wanted. It seems like the bad things that happen in our life start to kill that faith.
I don't really know what to say to that. Most people come to this because their life has fallen apart and want to make it better. My experience was the opposite, my life was awful and now is great. So I'm not really sure what to say to your comment

Thank you for your kind words! That is up to you, do you find that having him unblocked on social media triggers you when you see his posts? If not I do not see the harm in unblocking him.
So yes you can either revise and rewrite your old story or affirm for how you want things to go moving forward.
What if the old story was good to me but she has memories of the old story being bad
Then try to envision a new version of her that sees the old and current story as good. Or, try to drop the old story, even if its good, all together and focus on a new story where she is happy with you
What about the idea that I may be taking something from him if I take him away from a 3rd party or hurting him by affirming him to be back with me? Do those go against any spiritual laws? or is it my own reality that he and I would be in?

Hey how do I recreate the version of my sp who does everything I tell him to do? Not in a bad way but yes he is kinda egoistic person he doesn't want me to say anything to him he says I'm controlling which I'm not .
I'll be very grateful if you help me out with these.
Before I give some advice, I think you need to take a step back and be honest about the situation.
While we are consciously creating our reality, you started that by saying 'how to recreate someone who does everything I tell them to?' And then said you weren't controlling and blamed his ego.
So, maybe rethink the situation a little.
As for advice, my assumption, based on your comment, is you're telling him what to do, he says no and then you get a bit irritated or react to it negatively. So, the first step would be to stop trying to tell him what to do in the 3D but instead in your imagination, view him as someone who does what you need them to. If he doesn't do it, don't react, just go into your imagination. If he does do it, be thankful to him and yourself that he did it.
I want to have a happy marriage but i still cannot forget my ex. But me and my ex had argument a lot. So what should i do? Manifest my ex back and he would change or should i just live in the end as happy married wife? but i still couldnt forget my ex, when i meditate, he is all in my head. Well, I don't know why you argued because I wasn't there. However, a lot of the time, arguments will stem from dissatisfaction of someone, which usually stems from self concept. So, yeah, work on self concept. However, you aren't looking to change him. You want to simply see him as a new version and allow reality to shift. Live in the end of being a happy loving couple and let reality shift into that

Yes, absolutely! That is just a circumstance that will change when you feed yourself a new story.

You can talk about it to your therapist, because they'll hopefully be helping you to overcome your limitations. But, once you're done, go back to the end result.

I don't believe in free will. We are always manifesting. Everything we have ever experienced is a manifestation. If someone gives you a pay raise, would you consider that against their free will? When your friend splits their lunch, would you consider that against their free will? Probably not. But also, if you're making this other person happy and giving them an amazing life? Even if you were against their free will, would it be that bad?

Manifestation is a shift in your state of being. You're going from someone without their desire to someone with their desire. This is all internal first and then it reflects outward onto your reality. How you become this new state of being doesn't matter. For example, whether you do the 369 or 33x3, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you're working to shift your mindset to be in alignment with the version of you who HAS your desire. How you accomplish that isn't the magic, its the fact it is accomplished that is

She basically left me last month saying family issues but still loved me, but me begging and texting her entire month made her push further away. That is very difficult to say without knowing more about you and what you are currently doing. so, my short answer would be to go back to your end result and reside there. There is no benefit to focusing on the lack of what you want. So, start looking forward at the actualisation of what you do want in your mind.

Well, I preach to live your life. Now I know it kigbt contradict your 4D. However, if you can be single and get your SP, you can date and get them too. So, if you wanted to date them, just while you wait, go for it. Just make sure you don't have the assumption it'll holt you. If you don't want to and you just want to get them to stop asking without relaying the old story, you could just say 'I'm just focusing on me' or 'I'm seeing how things go' neither options tips too much to either way.

We had broken up 1 month ago and 4 days ago I started manifesting my love back into my life and I was blocked like from every social media possible From there I started manifesting and I got unblock on the 1st day unblocked…2nd day they texted me asking how I was doing….3rd (I manifested that they would get a dream about me as well here ) they said I miss you and I said i love you to which they responded to I love you too…..4th day that is yesterday they texted the same hru and how was my day… I asked out if they got any dream 1-2 days ago to which they said yess and said imy and ily2 …. Today they used texted me imy and how was my day this is my experience soo far and MANIFESTATION IS REAL AND KEEP DOING WHAT ARE DOING YOULL REACH YOUR GOAL AND IM SOO HAPPY AND GRATEFUL
