Yeah shayne was the obvious winner here
I think it's because they were rated on their sounds for the entire round, not just at the end... Shayne was overall a lot louder during the rest of it, so even though he didn't make a noise at the end he still got three points. Jackie was SUPER quiet right up until the last second, she only made a loud sound right when the balloon popped, so she got four points.
