heres a tip to kiting ivy since you cant look at her cuz she can stun you then use your minimap when kiting her so you can tell her distance between you :3 and only look at her if necessary

You don't. You just hope that the hunter is bad and pray. The only thing i figured out is that if you have higher walls (ruins area in sacret heart hospital for instance) you can see the hunter from above the walls without getting corruption.
From what I've seen for survivor gameplay, high walls help a lot, bc you can somehow see her through them while in chase, Idk how to avoid the ghost though, just hope she doesn't scare you with it a lot. You do have to transition once she possesses you though, bc the area will be like Naiad's puddle, you'll gain fear overtime in a circular area.
