Memories of watching her sing this and when the world ends to me, driving down the coast volume full blast and driving fast as she could. I sleep just to dream her now. An amazing soul I got the privilege of loving!!! Shes definitely my angel now. She always knew she would be I suppose.

In the summer of 2002 I had to learn to sing this with my band at a summer rock camp. I'd never heard it before but was thrust into the lead singer role once the two girls who suggested the song heard me singing something else. The chorus is pretty straightforward but the verses are deceptively difficult to sing on your own without anything to follow, it took a lot of practice and i was nervous as hell about the performance. In the end i guess i pulled it off since that's what everyone told me. I wish there was video of it because my memory of it has faded so much. Anyway it's nice to hear it again after so many years.

I love the intro so much that the refrain just doesn't work for me. i mean..it's expected, but something about the awesomeness of the beginning just does not transmit throughout the rest of the song. My aunt was speaking at my uncles funiral that this was the song that came on right before he died, so this song is a big part of my life because I didn't get to see him much so this is one of the few memories of him, I miss him, but what im getting at this is a great song.
