Some great pickups there Steve. I wish the charity shops near me in the UK had CDs in such good shape. I think the saying you were after was “a diamond in the rough”
yeh for the most part the Goodwill CDs I find are in pretty good condition. Of course if the case is all messed up I'll put them in new ones. That's the one thing I hate about digipaks though no way to fix those really if they're all messed up. And yes thank you on the phrase. I think my mind is slipping me in my older age unfortunately..... hahaha. Thanks for tuning in Steven. Appreciate it.
@@STEVEHEROLD I agree, I much prefer jewel cases as opposed to digipaks for the same reason. Although I guess using less plastic is the right thing to do for the planet 🌎. Look forward to watching future videos. Cheers

I totally get, “Diamonds in my local visits” 😁 Such a good find - sigur ros untitled, which the album name annoyed me..when imported into iTunes the tracks are labeled “tracks”. Other than that it’s fantastic 😁 anytime I see a beck album I pick it up, he’s a hit and miss with me and I give his albums a try. Good finds!!
MONIE MUSE! Yes I agree with you on Beck. He's one I'll usually just grab regardless and you're right his records are def hit or miss. But always willing to take the chance. Doesn't surprise me one bit you dig Sigur Ros. Thanks for tuning in.....
I still love that big Sigur Ros release.. their breakthrough ! Early Beck is still my favorite. Eventually I want to copy you with those killer Cd shelves you built..at a mountain resort right now in cental eastern Thailand.. beautiful Steve !
Love that Bruce box set ! Bought it new on release at Wal Mart ( when they had a better selection in the mid 2000's ). Born To Run Baby !!! Great video Steve..

Nice - The Springsteen deluxe editions are awesome including that Born To Run. Great documentaries with them. Can't believe what you paid for it. I bought it back when it came out - don't remember the cost but wasn't cheap

it’s so frustrating. all they do is re-release the first six albums over and over and over. i’m not a fan of Hagar at all but they won’t even reissue those albums. I know why. It’s personal between Al and Hagar. But jeez open the vaults a little. The band is over. If not now when?
