Looked like you all had a great time.. I'm also here in SoCal in OC... Kauai is my Island to go to, my Dad was born there... so I know the island really well and my favorate breakfast place is Kountry Kitchen too... Love that place and I see you ate at Lava Lava Beach club.. I only go there for the mix drink in the eves... I usually stay at the Islander on the Beach but Lava Lava beach club is realy expensive... food looks good tho.
@@SoCalDug Its what we call No Ka Oi.. I have not tried the other places you went to. and not really into Poke.. LOL.. I just cruise around Lihue and Kapaa and prolly as far as Waimea for Hawaiian food, If i venture to Hanalei I only eat or take out at Kilauea Fish Market in Kilauea.. all the other kind food I can get here in OC.. but gettin real Lau Lau and Kalua Pig etc.. and especially Hanalei Poi.. and Kulolo you can only get it on da Island brah.. when do you go back there again?? I plan to go in 2025.. was going to go this year but a business deal didnt fall through.
@@greatfullded the Dolphin Fish Market in Hanalei was awesome! The “Next Best Thing” was amazing. We had a great time out there. We rotate islands and the Big Island is probably next in the list for 2025. Enjoy and thanks for the advice for our next visit. I gotta get some Poi!

@@greatfullded yeah. The Kountry Kitchen Cafe has a wait for a reason. Simply put, it’s outstanding.
