Great video mate. I am now in the market to buy a new camera. My old Nikon D500 has pretty bad recorder and produces a lot of hiss (white noise) when recording with an external microphone. Do you hear such hiss when recording with an external microphone on the A6600?
Hey Jason! No white noise even when I was using a cheap lapel mic from Amazon . I’m very happy with my A6600, paired with sigma 56mm 1.4 it’s my fav combination. And for video the lens in the video is ideal
How have you found that lens? Im thinking of getting it for my 6400. The kit lens is terrible and I thought I would get away with it for a little while.
hey Luke! I must say I like the lens, it operates really smoothly. I wish it had a wider aperture but in fact f4 is good enough for most scenarios and day to day use. The build is really good and feels solid in your hand. I am happy with it, it will fit very nicely on your 6400! what type of use do you have?
