there is a plot here Tails, Knuckles and Eggman were still able to survive and escape from Exe and unite into one team, and the main goal of this team is to find a way to defeat Sonic Exe and, if possible, save Sonic their goal is Angel Island, where Master Emerald is kept, the most powerful artifact until Exe found it but if he finds it, he will become invincible. Also, to make it easier for the team, Eggman decided to reprogram the badniks, but because they had to hurry, the AI of the badniks glitched, which is why Eggman, Tails, Knuckles and Sonic EXE became enemies for him, although the only enemy should be there was a Sonic EXE according to Eggman's idea and it seems that the team achieved the first successes, but in the hellish zone the team was divided due to the fact that EXE found them and if Tails and Knuckles were able to move further along the route, then Eggman was less fortunate, he ran away towards the labyrinth zone, his further fate is unknown Tails and Knuckles were able to get to the Scrap Brain Zone, according to the idea there should have been a ship there that would quickly deliver them to Angel Island, their further fate is unknown, and Sonic EXE was looking for them, and not only he also collected the chaos emeralds, after which he absorbed their power and became more powerful
