Do satanist celebrate the resurrection of Christ? No, why? Because the children of darkness don’t celebrate the light. So why would a child of light celebrate a holiday dedicated to the kingdom of darkness. Light and darkness oppose each other. I heard so many ‘roots’ of Halloween and frankly whatever they are, the truth about it is the now. What is the holidays intentions now? What are satanist putting on their altars on that holiday? I encourage you listen to testimonies of ex witches now surrendered to Christ so you can understand what their true intentions are on not just that day but the whole month. Don’t let the enemy fool you, he wants the children of God to be confused, he gets a laugh when a Christian is deceived by the ‘innocence of Halloween’. I pray God reveals the truth to you

No Spencer T.T Halloween and Christmas and Valentine's Day and whatnot are Paganism. Even though the bad intention isn't there, ignorance leads to hell. Even greeting someone happy Halloween or merry Christmas etc is an act of joining their celebration, and if you research the history of it all, you'll know it's paganism. even dec 25 was taken from someone else's birthday T.T
And we are Christians, not Catholics. Catholics consider themselves as Christians, but as a Christian we know they're just getting further and further away from the real God for violating the 2nd commandment. Their churh probably lost their star. They have no wisdom in their teachings, the word is not alive in their church. So there is no reason for us to follow their celebrations. Jesus Christ never had this. In fact, there are only 3 celebrations God told us to follow for all generations and Jesus still did, I know you know those.
The funny thing is that other religions has their festivals and other celebrations, but we Christians only borrow/joins in their celebrations.
No hate Spencer, just wanted to tell you the truth that I've learned cause I agree in a lot of things you've said so far. But not on this. I will pray for your understanding 🙏

God said THIS in Hosea 4:6, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Spencer, you are treading on very thin ice with God when you speak of things that you don't have knowlegde of and lead His children astray. Did you know that Catholicism is Paganism and Paganism is Satanism? It is idolatry at its core and God hates it. What more then if you lead His children to believe idolatry is okay? I HIGHLY suggest you ask God for His wisdom, understanding and knowledge about what the Catholic church really stands for. I grew up Catholic and went to Catholic school. I know all about it and it is EVIL. Please repent and ask God to forgive you for teaching His children that celebrating Paganism is okay. Their blood is on YOUR hands and God does not take that lightly! Hebrews 10:31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

From the Catholic Church is enough to know it has pagan roots just like the other cultures brother. Got some biblical notes Ephesians 5:8-13 is clear to not have communion with darkness rather expose it and more. Not a dispute it’s clearly logical and a lot of the historical narrative you probably have is bias towards the catholic holiday bc what it is is to pay homage to the dead which they already do lol they pray to the dead. You know this right? Maybe if you divide the word correctly you would also know the Catholic Church has nothing to do with the biblical church and should be viewed as other religions just as Islam and others clearly 1 john explains those who came out of us but are not of us? Please I’m not being legalistic I am just pointing out biblical truths that contextually can be exegeted to fit against these paganism teachings that the church already has lol. It represents nothing good and it is commercialized as innocent and then Christian’s use it as a promotion for kids “trunk or treat”?Its obvious in 2nd Corinthians 11:14 these are these evil ministries that contextually fit the argument and completely demolish the belief that this holiday represents anything Christ like. And there’s more scripture to add but you get the point. But tbh Maybe it’s because you also support heretical pastors such as David diga Hernandez? Maybe your points are already fallible bc your gospel is corrupt by a narrative of false teachers that mentor you? Please divide the word deeper and see that Christmas isn’t like Halloween at all to subject it to a analogy. Halloween was initially created to pay homage to the dead that’s the true root please research the real non biased narrative. God bless and grace and peace from our Lord Jesus Christ.🙏🏽

@@aliveinhim9793so first off, catholicism is not paganism, by definition, and if you are saying catholicism is idolatry, chances are very high you lack the very same knowledge you claim he lacks.
So while I am not Catholic because I do not believe the rituals they perform have the weight that they believe they do, they are not idolators, when they "pray" to the saints and to mother Mary, they mean it in the old definition of "to ask" they ask these figures that they believe to be holier than themselves to talk to God on their behalf, which is no different than the Protestant idea of asking our brothers and sisters in Christ to pray for us.
If you believe Halloween is Idolatry, it is no more idolatry than when children play pretend as characters they like. If a child were to dress up as Moses (who murdered a man if you remember) because they admire him, would you accuse that child of Idolatry? If a child mimics their parents, is that child committing idolatry by worshiping their parents?
Let us remember that we are to imitate Christ and that Christ came not to condemn but to save. Stop talking of others being evil unless you have no evil anywhere in you. Talk instead about what is good, and what is good will definitely come.

Here is why i hugely disagree with you brother (if this comes out as a rebuke be humble enough to take it to the Lord and see what He has to tell you) *As an ex witch, many "proffesing christians" were so easily destroyed by witchcraft because you wanted to play at the devils playground simply because you didn’t want to miss the fun.* Halloween was never a christian holiday much less meant to glorify God rather the god of darkness. The main reason why people will dress up was to posess the abilities of the spirit they decided to mimic. Even the pumpkin and the candy has a much more deeper symbolism than you think. So you saying that we could use halloween as to somehow glorify God sounds the same way as someone telling me they could use the oujia board to communicate with the Holy Spirit. *DEUTORONAMY **12:31** You must not worship the Lord your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the Lord hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods.*
*christians become the biggest sacrifice in the day of halloween, they become the biggest prizes because the enemy knows the truth. Thats why most disappearances and rapes are done on one of those days in the year*
If a warlock/witch had a hard time destroying a christian, a lot of the times all they need to do is wait until halloween because they themselves break their own hedge. *Ecclesiastes 10:8 (KJV) He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.*
If you want to draw people to the Lord draw them by being the salt of the world, the uniqueness that comes from being born again (set apart) and fruits of the spirit that reflects Jesus, not the devil.
*We shouldn't win souls by mimicking the world*

@legofan7255 So the 'een' in Halloween refers to "All Saints/hallows eve". And these Sajnts were NOT biblical saints, they were priests who worshipped the devil. Halloween originated from a Celtic holiday where the people did rituals and saw it as the start of the season of darkness. They even tried to communicate with the dead (which is the main theme of Halloween; death) and so Halloween is very evil because there's the reoccurring theme of death, witches, gouls, and even demons. This does not at all glorify God and it is evil, I hope that helped. I mean of course it's still your choice to celebrate it but know that it's evil and dangerous and can open doors in your life for bad spiritual beings to enter

  • @tatyanafg2557

Here is the story about Halloween:
Halloween originates from the Celts (a folk group) who over 2000 years ago laid the foundation for Halloween. Their religion was called druism. In short, druism is a form of worship of nature and various gods via mystical rituals.
Halloween was the New Year of the Celts, celebrating the sun god Baal. But they also invoked the ruler of the kingdom of the dead, hoping for a reunion with dead family members and friends.
Halloween has its origins from Samhain, which is a pagan religious festival and is about welcoming
the harvest. The night before Samhain, it is believed that the veil between the world of the dead and the world of the living is particularly thin. Here the dead, ghosts and spirits could penetrate our world and come to visit.
Large bonfires were made where they would leave food and drink for the spirits. Sometimes they would even leave portions from their crop to calm the spirits. And some put food out the door to prevent the spirits from entering the home.
    Guising / trick or treat:
Guising was part of Samhain. Guising consisted of people dressing up in costumes and going from house to house reciting songs in exchange for food. What we know today as trick or treat!
The costumes were supposed to resemble fairies and spirits. By pretending to be a spirit, one believed that one would be protected from them.
In addition, unpleasant types could come sneaking from the kingdom of death and the
surrounding area, but they tried to protect themselves from them by carving creepy beet lamps and putting on dangerous clothes themselves. Then they could be scared away.
(it's actually just a fruitless act that takes part in darkness)

Just because music is Gods creation doesn’t mean I’m going to listen to all forms of music, because some forms would make me vulnerable to the devil allowing him to impact me in any way he wants.

Because even if you don't dress up as "diabolical" things and just want to pick up candy from your neighborhood you're opening spiritual doors since unconsciously your promoting and being associated with this holiday that definitively doesn't glorify God. You don't need to know the history of halloween to see that what it promotes with it's decorations and everything associated to it, it glorifies death and destruction and as Christians we don't celebrate death, we celebrate life in Jesus Christ. Therefore, we must be careful in the things we promote as Christians bc the spiral world is very real and we can't be irresponsible in how we live our lives and testify to the world what God has done in us.

We actually do celebrate death. The death of Christ Jesus on the cross... The trampling of death by death, our death with Christ, good Friday. Which, if one understands Halloween in its historical framework, knows that it soon followed by all saints day. Halloween, if it is celebrated in isolation, is rather morbid. If we celebrated only the death of Christ and not his rising, then we would be believers in a dark mystery, but we celebrate his life in union with his death. In the same way, we ought to celebrate Halloween within the Christian calendar.

I think of it like this we'll use the devil for example he wants 100,000 people's to worship him on Halloween or worship the holiday he has 95,000 people that are his followers that do so The other 5,000 that are celebrating Halloween are made up of individuals that are celebrating it not to worship him but to have fun on the day I don't think he sees the difference you still have 100,000 people celebrating that day whether the intentions are good or bad The goal has still been achieved. Actually, Halloween has its roots in the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, a pagan religious celebration to welcome the end of summer harvest. It was actually the Catholics who adopted the traditions of that festival for their "Days of the Dead"; thereby causing many to consider Halloween, as we know it, a Catholic holy day. I think the dangerous conflation of these two things has caused many believers to think it is ok to participate in the darkness of this pagan practice.

I usually find most of your content educational and truthful, but I have to disagree on this one. First off, I would do some research on Christmas, which is of pagan origin. Saternalia was a pagan holiday celebrated around the 25th of december in Rome. Just because it is rebranded with a different name doesn't make it not Pagan. I am just saying. Even if you don't look at the whole santa aspect. Nobody 100% knows Jesus's birthday. We know though that at the time of his birth the shepherds were out watching the sheep in the fields. That eliminates his birth being in the winter, as the sheep would not be out in fields at that time of year. Halloween is an even more blatant satanic holiday. Let's face it; you can justify to celebrate it all day, but it is about dressing up in most of the times creepy and gorey costumes. Easter also has it's pagan origins and so on, and so forth. I can say for certain if God wanted us to celebrate halloween, easter, and Christmas then it would be in the bible. God does say not to celebrate the traditions of man. There are feast days in the bible that we Don't celebrate (including myself) that God mentions to keep those feast days. However, we take the time to celebrate holidays made up by man that are NOT in the bible. They were pagan are pagan and always will be pagan. Sorry to burst that bubble, but the truth can be devastating. We know many of the things that are pushed in the world are part of these satanic agendas. If those holidays were truly for God, then they would of been gone long ago. This is not a message from me but the spirit of God gave me the wisdom to write this message to you all please do more research on these holidays God bless!

Sin is not just an act of doing wrong it empowers something in the atmosphere around us just as our good deeds bring light sin brings darkness and death so while being in a scenery where the purpose of the holiday is to promote sin and not for the simple fact of getting candy is saying u what the cake without the diabetes Satan doesn’t care about our intentions at all. I’m not saying as a Christian your gonna get possessed because that can’t happen you can have a stronghold on your life but u can’t be possessed by a demon but what I am saying your opening up a lot of portals and giving the devil a lot of legal right by putting yourself out there like that. I’m saying as a brother in Christ I wouldn’t celebrate Halloween with any intentions I would rather stay home or go out and preach the gospel like what we are called to do not indulge in it and if I want candy I’ll just get some on my own not dress up and get some.

    • @soleil7259

@AMONGTHESUSSYBAKASHalloween is not a catholic holiday. It was original a celebration day of the heathens called Samhain (pronounced sow-in) and came from europe. They would celebrate the dead and used it as a gate to communicate with spirits. Instead of candy cildren would get fruits like oranges but then later they would get cookies that witches put spells on for "good luck". The people dress up to blend in with the spirits they called that night or to posess their powers. Later when catholics came to the lands and took over they made a deal with the heathens which was to keep their holiday but call it All Hallows Eve and to convert to the catholic church. It is a santanic ritual to call what shouldn't come. Your statement: why am i blamed for the sin of others can be easily explained. We are related to Adam and Eve and because of their sining all of us after are all basically born with sin because god is a fair god. Being born without sin means the once that give birth to you should have never sinned. Saying well i dont celeberate the devil but participate in their rituals is self explaining. Your thoughts and intentions on that day don't matter, you actively participate in the pagan ritual no matter how you phrase it. And it can open a door because that is why it is celebrated in the first place.

Many people have brought up very good points and verses that speak to the reasons why those who believe in God should refrain from celebrating Halloween. The Bible will not explicitly tell you what to do in this case, so it really depends on where you are at in your faith and walk with the Lord. If you do not have that conviction to be set apart and sanctified as the Bible instructs us to be then you will not understand why SOME believers refrain from halloween. It does not mean that they are “better” or “more holy” they just have understood that the Lord wants his bride to be clean. (Yes it is that deep “A little yeast works through all the dough” Gal 5:9)And no this does not mean that they are perfect because just as Paul said “not that I have already obtained all this …” Phil3:12. As believers in Christ we should all be striving to live a life of purity and sanctification and that means letting go of the things of this world. And for those who say “oh well it’s for the kids. How can we keep them from having fun?” I think parents should instruct their children that as believers we don’t roll with the world, no matter how “fun” it may be their salvation is worth more than a bucket of candy. They should be learning to fear the Lord from a young age so that when they grow older they will not depart from the truth. I didn’t grow up celebrating Halloween or Christmas and am thankful for that. You need to “turn-off” those desires to live a life in-tuned with the world so that you are tuned-in with God’s presence. Those that have no fear of the Lord may call me “boring” for not ever dressing up or opening presents on dec 25 but I there is no desire in me to participate and hope that my brothers and sisters in Christ can also strive to live a life that is sanctified. No hate to the creator of the short but I had to comment on how wrong it is.

The difference is the maturity level of the Christian.
An immature Christian would think the act of dressing up as superman is a form of devil worship just because some people worship the devil on a particular day.
The mature Christian knows that it isn't what goes into the mouth, what what come out of the mouth....
Dressing up as superman is not a sin and it is not devil worship.
But mature Christians have to take into account the immature Christians thoughts. We are to affend the world, bot the immature Christian....

Like the only way I've ever celebrated Halloween is I just like the spookiness of it, and I celebrate more fall than I do Halloween. I just buy a bunch of junk from Walmart, bake brownies, and watch horror movies all day.
But you won't catch me actually celebrating Halloween, because I grew not only believing that it's worshiping Satan, but I was taught it was actually his birthday.
Plus as you said it was originally a pagan holiday before the Satanists took it. Pagans are witches or close to it and in the Bible is specifically states that witchcraft is of the devil. Whether it's used for that purpose or not doesn't matter. All that matters is that it is still sacrilegious to practice witchcraft as a Christian.
Halloween is the same concept, whether it's your purpose to worship or celebrate Satan when you celebrate Halloween or not doesn't matter. The fact is it is still sacrilegious to celebrate it if you believe in and worship God.

If you want to reform Halloween as a Christian holiday and celebrate it in a completely different way, then by all means- get together to break bread with other believers, invite others and spread the word of God. But should we really open ourselves up to temptation by celebrating the way that the people who worship themselves, the world, or satan do? What's the point in dressing up to receive free candy and eat it all in a gluttonous fashion? To have fun? We were not created to have fun. Bad things happen on Halloween and that's the truth. Parties where people have fun by submitting to vices or lust; kidnappings, rapings, murders. The holiday itself may seem harmless in many ways, but isn't it the enemy's goal to twist evil and make it seem harmless? He has infiltrated our schools, our churches and our holidays luring many people astray. This also includes Christmas. It was originally designated to worship God and the birth of His son. Yet, now it's been twisted into a materialistic celebration where kids are encouraged to believe in a fat man that gives them anything they desire, who travels the world on a magic sled pulled by flying reindeer. There is nothing harmless about it, it is simply a disguise. If you see the patterns, this is an attack that enemy has used for generations- targetting children who are the most vulnerable and susceptible of us all. We should seperate ourselves from the world and when we are confused on what path to follow, ask the Holy Spirit to guide you. Ultimately, if Jesus wouldn't do it, don't do it either. Our goal is to be more like Him and less like us.

It is a choice. To celebrate a day that the world has created to pull you away from God. To allow more compromise on the Word.

4.Adulteresses, know ye not that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore is minded to be [the] friend of the world is constituted enemy of God.
You're flip flopping to your convenience because in your belief, it doesn't matter who initiated said holidays, all that matters is how you celebrate it and that is where you're wrong. I ask you this, if someone invited you to their house to enjoy a home cooked meal, and when they went to serve you the food they presented it to you in the dogs bowl, would you eat it? Even if the host told you that the bowl was sterilized and thoroughly cleaned you still wouldnt eat it because the only thing you see is the dogs bowl and you would feel disrespected. How do you think God feels when we take a holiday which is designated for worship to the enemy, and we " christianize it" ? Brother youre a very smart man but you need to ask God for discernment regarding these topics because without knowing it, you could be leading people to indulge in idolatrous practices and that is an anomination to God.
    2 Corinthians 6:15 states
    15. And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
I pray that you find the truth about it all and that God grant you the wisdom to understand what he desires from his people. God bless!

Okay, but do you know you are fully okay with God as well? because, opinions matter too, and beliefs matter as well. And, he is being logical. Most of these comments are religion, not a relationship with God, you can't just say he "needs to educate himself", I am not a Christian, I have a relationship with God, It's how you view the holiday, and do it.
And did you know that Christmas isn't even God's Birthday?, Did you know people still do Christmas? even though it isn't his Birthday?, But I won't stop celebrating Christmas because it's a good "holiday" to hangout with your family.
Just stop being so quick to judge people, when you don't even know if yourself is 100% with God, It's a relationship, NOT a religion.
Believe what ya want to believe, just remember that you have to allow people to find their own way with God, because it truly is not your problem to deal with it, it's God's job to do that.

@ItsDark. I disagree. You can't be ok with God and participate in worldly activities. I dontvsaybit, the Bible does. See, there is no gray arrlea with God. It is either black or white, good or evil, God or Satan. The problem nowadays is that no one wants to accept God's terms according to what is written in the Scriptures. We want to make our own terms and rules and we expect Him to accept it because we say we do it for Him. It doesn't work that way. The Almighty already established through His Word what he expects from us; obedience. A clear example of this is the life of King Saul. Yahuwah gave him specific instructions and ordered him to destroy ALL of the Amalekites, from the children down to the animals, everyone was to be utterly destroyed. Buy he thought that it was in his best interest to disobey The Almighty's order and "out of the kindness of his heart" bring back cattle and sheep to, according to him, offer in sacrifice to Yahuwah. The one thing we absolutely can not do is take something that is destined for Satan's worship and bring it to God as an offering. He doesn't share His glory with no one! Isaiah 42:8 states
8.I am the Lord: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.
So we need to stop taking things from the world and trying to " christianize it" , thinking that we are pleasing Yahuwah when in actuality we're offending Him.

@ItsDark. oh and by the way, God really doesn't care about what your opinion is, all He wants is our obedience to His Word, obedience instead of sacrifice. This is not a matter of what my opinion is or what anybody thinks, it's according to what the Scriptures say. Am I perfect, ABSOLUTLEY NOT! But Yahuwah doesn't call us to be perfect but to be obedient to His Word, and in God's eyes, that's all that really matters.

@@josesanchez7970 I by no means celebrate Halloween for God, I celebrate it for family, and memories, I don't worship any demons or the devil, and I don't dress up as a demon either, or do anything of worshiping of the devil, It is only for fun and family.
It is of opinions in a way, because it is his job to path our future, he knows every little thing that is going to happen before it does in our life.
So yes, it is your way of believing in our creator, he will lead you, just follow him and his commandments.
I am by no means a Christian because that is religion, but I have a relationship with our creator, and I don't attend to church, because I believe praying alone is of God, and you may not agree with this, but that doesn't make it bad.
By what I was saying, make your own path, don't lose your values and morals, don't follow trends, and stick with what you believe and don't let it be changed by anyone, because that is your path you've chosen, and that's how you are connected with Yahweh.
I feel good about Christmas because I am allowed to hangout with my family and make memories, and yes there is many other ways! but Christmas brings my family together to give gifts, be kind and have lots of fun even if it isn't God's birthday.
And Halloween on the other hand, I do it with my family to have fun and get candy that's purely it, I don't practice ANY devil worship or demon worship, it is not my goal to bring them in my presence, and I don't I have no intent to do so.
Just for fun & memories for me, and I don't feel bad about it either, and I still pray to God, and when I do these, I feel happiness joy & at the same time I am creating memories, and I feel good with God as well.
God wants you to enjoy this world, and enjoy life, and I am not saying go party in clubs and do sinning things, I am talking about enjoy your family he has created for you, and enjoy time with them, because once their gone you won't see them again for a long time.
So don't just sit alone and do nothing with your family actually get out there and do stuff because memories REALLY matter, and family does too, because if you sit alone, do nothing then you are also doing what he doesn't want you to do, he wants you to enjoy the life he has given to you.
But don't let me change the way you see things, remember to stick with what you believe.

@ItsDark. trust me you're not changing the way I think and I thoroughly enjoy the company of my family without indulging into worldly practices. Like the Bible says in James 1:8
      8. A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.
And like I told you before, our opinions mean nothing to Yahuwah because our service to Him is not based on what I think it should be , it's based on what His word says we should do. You really need to understand something; when you participate in anything that the world promotes, in this case holidays, you're saying to the Almighty that you don't care how He feels, you care more about how tou feel. Isn't that being selfish? God provides you with everything you have, more importantly with health and life. And the way you say " Thank you" is by rejecting what His Word commands us to do and taking solace in doing what your flesh wants you to do. The Bible states in John 6:63
63.It is the Spirit which quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words which I have spoken unto you are spirit and are life.
      1 John 2:15-17
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world-the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life-is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever..
      Colossians 3:2
Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
      Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
These are some Bible verses that indicate to us how we should live. This is not based on opinion, this is based on undeniable facts. But it seems to me that, and I say this respectfully, you need a true encounter with Yahshua. I say this because when you have Yahshua in your life, none of these worldly pleasures that you so fondly like to celebrate will be worth your time. Yahshua completes you in such a way that those things become irrelevant. I pray that the Almighty reveals himself to you and reveals why these holidays should never be celebrated. God bless🙏🏾

Light has no place with darkness, and Halloween is a dark day. Just research what Satanist, witches, etc, do on this day. I am going to spread some historical facts without bias. Use this info however you want, and to make up your own mind.
Key points about the history of Halloween, tracing its roots and evolution:
    1. **Celtic Festival of Samhain:**
    - Halloween's origins can be traced back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, celebrated around November 1st.
    - Samhain marked the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. It was believed that during this time, the boundary between the living and the dead became blurred.
    2. **Cultural Influence of the Celts:**
    - The Celts, who inhabited regions of modern-day Ireland, the United Kingdom, and northern France, celebrated Samhain with bonfires and believed that spirits could roam freely.
    3. **Roman Influence:**
    - With the expansion of the Roman Empire, Celtic traditions merged with Roman festivals, including Feralia (a day in late October to honor the dead) and Pomona (a festival associated with fruits and trees).
    4. **Christianization and All Saints' Day:**
    - As Christianity spread, the Church sought to replace pagan festivals with Christian ones. In the 8th century, Pope Gregory III designated November 1st as All Saints' Day to honor saints and martyrs.
    5. **All Hallows' Eve:**
    - The evening before All Saints' Day became known as All Hallows' Eve or Halloween. The name evolved over time, and Halloween retained some of the traditions from Samhain.
    6. **Medieval and Early Modern Practices:**
    - In medieval Europe, Halloween traditions included "souling" (begging for soul cakes) and costumes to ward off spirits. It also involved rituals predicting marriage and fortune-telling.
    7. **Irish and Scottish Immigration to the U.S.:**
    - The migration of Irish and Scottish immigrants to the United States in the 19th century brought Halloween customs to North America.
    8. **Commercialization and American Traditions:**
    - In the early 20th century, Halloween became more commercialized in the United States. Trick-or-treating gained popularity, and costumes became a central element.
    9. **Globalization of Halloween:**
    - Halloween spread globally through cultural exchange and media influence. Different regions adopted and adapted traditions, blending local customs with the commercial aspects of Halloween.
    10. **Modern Celebrations:**
    - Today, Halloween is celebrated in various ways around the world. It has become a secular holiday with activities like trick-or-treating, costume parties, haunted houses, and the display of jack-o'-lanterns.
Halloween has transformed from an ancient Celtic festival to a modern, widely celebrated holiday with a mix of cultural influences. Its roots in honoring the dead and the changing of seasons are still evident in many of its traditions.

the "ex satanist proves halloween is satanic" etc stuff has always been so hilarious to me as a SAVED exoccultist, specifically a kabbalistic & solomonic magician. i worked DIRECTLY with demons and FORCED them to do my will... i know what i'm talking about when it comes to these things. and despite years of dedication to this path, the most i heard about halloween being for "us" (at that time) was all this kind of hubbub christians themselves made around october each year. NONE of my books, including famous works on every occultist's shelf (Three Occult Books of Agrippa, Keys of Solomon, Necronomicon, Red Dragon, Goetic Magick, etc etc etc), even MENTION halloween... AT ALL. nevermind worshipping satan on such day. if such a day is so important to those who work with the devil, then why is such an important fact omitted from every text mentioned and others? it's all codswallop IMO if you give it even an ounce of thought especially if you are experienced with these things. plus the fact do you lot understand how painfully difficult it is to summon a demon? even i had trouble doing it on PURPOSE. your kids going out dressed as Spiderman looking at foam gravestone decorations in someone's yard is not going to come close.
on a slightly different note i've even seen people get up in arms over things like witches casting spells on the candy. which even if true (and it's not, never heard of it) i think is extremely ridiculous to get scared about, are you all really that weak in your faith? the demons i worked with TREMBLED at the name of Jesus Christ. it's one of the reasons i converted. ALL spells can be broken through His Holy Name. NO witch can have ANY power over you in JESUS' NAME. USE IT!
trust me, halloween is truly nothing more than a day to dress up, have fun, and get some free candy. do people sin on halloween? of course. do some satanists think this day is for them for various reasons? probably. but even if that was true, that's no reason to let evil have a whole day out of the year that GOD so graciously created for us. LET LOOSE AND HAVE FUN for a day you squares.

I usually agree with your videos but this one I’ll have to respectfully disagree on. It’s a worldly Holiday that doesn’t edify us or God so what’s the point in celebrating it outside of not wanting to feel left out? Your kids will be just fine. I had Muslim friends I’ve grown up with that never trick or treating during their childhood and they aren’t complaining or miss it.

Let’s create our own, not keep bowing down to these traditions of the world.

I’ve been wondering this whole time that dressing up as woody and trick or treating was bad, I prayed over literally every skull and every wried inflatable thing I saw, I look at Halloween as a fun day. Not as a day for Satan. Try and look at things the way Jesus would have looked at things. Look at Halloween as it was meant to be, not what it has become.

@@Rey-fj5bk I am from Bolivia, a country in South America that is still under a lot of Catholic influence, we still celebrate All Saints' Eve. My country has done its best to keep the tradition faithfully, it is even mandatory by the government to give a day off to receive the deceased.
Here the Catholic history is not as blurred as in other Protestant countries. All Saints' Eve came about when Catholicism arrived in Ireland in the 5th century CE, the Catholic Church found it easier to convert the Celts by incorporating certain pagan celebrations. Including Samhain in a new light, calling it All Saints' Day.
The celebration of All Saints is not at all evangelical Christian, not if it is traditionally celebrated. People wait for the saints and the dead with food at the doors (so that they do not do you any evil) it is believed that what separates the world of the dead from the world of the living is removed. Children come and pray to the dead and in return they are given the food that is cooked for the dead.

This is what I sent to Spencer. Get out of the Catholic church.

Halloween is a Christian holiday! Holloween is All Hallows Eve, the eve of the holy feast day. The following day is All Saints day (where we celebrate the church triumphant in heaven) and the day after is All Souls day (we pray for all souls, especially those who we've lost throughout the past year). These three days together make up Hallowtide.
