Wonderful informative video. I have been contemplating conversion for quite some time, and as superficial as this may seem, the thought of the micveh requirement to be unclothed is holding me back. Is there any way to get around that? thanks.

Hi and thank you for your lovely comments ❤️ Prior to me deciding to pursue a conservative religious conversion, although I’m ethically Jewish, I looked into both reform and orthodox conversions, I already knew the whole conversion process and the mikveh was my sticking point to, so I really tried to integrate Reform Judaism because they no longer do the mikveh process, but realised I’m definitely a conservative / masorti jew which involves a mikveh process. On the day you do your mikveh it’s once you reach the end of the conversion process and that day the Beit Din have approved / passed your conversion so I think most women are so happy and elated to have passed that the nervousness goes and you come out of it as a Jew. Also, there is only a woman present and she does not really look at your body she just checks that your head has gone under the water 7 times. Don’t let the mikveh process hold you back because if you can get through the 12-18 months conversion process, then the mikveh is just 5-10 mins in a mini pool and then ur done ❤️

Thank you for the information, very educational!
I started to delve deeper into the Jewish roots of Christianity in 2017. I was raised Catholic and left Catholicism and began attending messianic congregations. This happened because my youngest son asked me to attend a messianic service in TX that I had no desire to attend but because I love my son and wanted to spend time doing something with him that he felt strongly about I attended and haven’t looked back.
I know the difference between Orthodox Judaism and Messianics is that Messianics believe Yeshua is the Messiah whereas Orthodox Jews do not which doesn’t change my love for them. They are my brothers and sisters regardless of their beliefs and my beliefs.
My son converted to Judaism in 2019 but he is Messianic. Supposedly our Spanish roots have linked us to Jewish descendants but that’s not what is most important to us.
What is most important to my son and I is to try to the best of our ability to live a life pleasing to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. To worship Him/God and Him only. To follow his commandments and try to walk the way he walked when he was on earth 🙏🏼🇮🇱❤️🇺🇸
We love Israel 🇮🇱 and the Jewish people/the apple of his eye but at the same time are not concerned whether we are accepted by man/Jewish people; our biggest concern is to please God the creator of all things including man. We know who we are in Christ/Yeshua 🙏🏼❤🇮🇱🇺🇸

Hi I have actually done a video on messianic Judaism on my other channel which is about international true crime and cults. There are lots of denominations in Judaism not just orthodoxy, however The Torah is a different holy book to the one used in messianic Judaism completely. The messianic one is the Jewish bible and ours is the Torah which is totally different. Judaism does not have Jesus / yeshua as a messiah and further research has shown messianic Judaism to be a cult. Messianic Jews actually often leave books in Hebrew outside synagogues in London Uk trying to convert us to messianic Judaism , the rules we follow or mitzvot are not part of messianic Judaism either. ruclips.net/video/h66Gvz_92hI/видео.htmlsi=oe9Z_2aMIhaAShR4 this is the video on my other channel about it

My son converted to Judaism in 2019 but he is Messianic , so he's basically a christian. No Jew would accept him as a Jew. No need to convert just be a gentile.

One of the most important MIZHVA in Judaism is to protect three important people: women whose husbands have died, orphans and converts. They are the most important people for Jews.

As someone who is a agnostic and who was raised as far as religion goes Catholic, I have and was raised to have respect to every religion full stop. I was also told that and this is historically quite clear, we are "the children of Abraham"/"the children of the book" and for those who don't know I'm talking about Jews/Christians/Muslims. All believe we descent from Abraham and his family and we follow our religions based on books written by his family line. I think we lived historically speaking our societies in Europe, Northern-Africa and the Middle-East was the best when we were the most tolerant towards each other. Like in places as Spain, Morocco and Eastern European countries like the Czech-Republic.

    Hi! thank you for sharing!
_Race is a mixture of physical, behavioral and cultural attributes_
_Ethnicity refers to shared cultural characteristics such as language, ancestry, practices, and beliefs._
i notice when I ask where do you come from or your background, the response is always: I'm jewish with no mention of race, ethnicity.
anyone can embrace judaism or be jewish. there is a kind of friction and bias towards anyone who either wants to, or is a convert though, which is sad really. it implies that you are the lesser, which is extremely derogatory - two types of human, one is of the god of good(jews) and the other is not of the god of good(satan, devil) good vs evil.
good, love, joy, hatred, sadness, anger are all shared traits shared by all that live within this realm, even animals.
when food is kosher, does this mean a rabbi has blessed the food or is it prepared in a certain way? not sure if it is the same as muslims where they bless the animal before the throat is cut??
is it correct to say that judaism and islam prohibit eating swine and drinking alcohol?

i do religiously worship god and in a sense it's the same one god as Jews and Muslims worship.
the one true universal god that bears no label, has only one commandment which is shared with all living, does not have to be written on paper, trancendes with no bound. can you guess which god i worship?
