Hi Dana, ... Last week I got myself (from Inkjetmall yellow ink and light cyan to fill two cartridges (350 ml). The last step that of getting rid of air is a bit of bother to me. The ink levels in both cartridges is just at 325 ml (stupid things happened and I lost the remaining 25 ml). Both cartridges have fair number of air bubbles. I tried using the syringe to get rid of them. No matter what i did i always got very little ink pulled out. I repeatedly tried the same routine to no avail and air bubbles stubbornly persist. What can I do to fix the problem? (mind you, i left the orange plugs in place while i filled the cartridges; removed them upon attempting to use the syringe to pull out excess air). I would very much appreciate your response. Thanks Dana.

You do want to remove the excess air from the bag, but the only air bubble you need worry about is not in the cartridge bag itself but in the port that you are priming from - where the ink exits the cartridge. You need use the priming tip to do that. THis channel must be air free for the ink to flow into the printer.
