Those foaming pump dispensers are great. I got a foaming face wash for 89p, dumped the contents, and filled with APC. Way cheaper than even buying empty bottles
Koch-Chemie products seem expensive because they're highly dilutable and come in large bottles. You could pay $8 or $13 for one liter of product, but if the $13 bottle can be diluted twice as much for the same effectiveness, it's a way better value. Always include dilution in your price calculation! Green Star and Gentle Snow Foam are popular for this reason, they are high quality products with very competitive pricing due to their impressive dilution.
Green Star is fantastic because it's a SAFE degreaser. There are slightly cheaper degreasers like Superclean or some Meguiars products, but they have a tendency to cause damage to sensitive things like exterior paint or interior plastics, making them fade in color after a while. Green star was specifically designed for these uses and you don't have to worry about it being an aggressive product, just make sure you dilute it properly I also recommend checking out the bulk sizes for Koch-Chemie products. They're EVEN CHEAPER per ounce if you think you'll be using it a lot.
Great video and I agree, these products are excellent. I found effective deep cleaning of door panels (mine have leather and alcantera) with 1:10 Pol Star in spray bottle, spray entire panel then agitate with Detail Factory brushes then use damp microfiber and air gun to dry. My door panels looked absolutely brand new!
Dam I guess it’s time to upgrade. I haven’t been in the detailing business long and I enjoy using P&S for its quality and affordability. I’ve herd and seen other detailers use and talk about how good KC is specifically with interior cleaning & stain removal. I never checked because hear I thought that it was top of the line and it may be too expensive. Don’t get me wrong, P&S is great and I will keep riding with it. Sometimes you just want to use some different quality products. Will definitely be placing an order through your site Josh. As always I appreciate the knowledge & content. Them little foam bottles 🔥
We love KC products here in Europe, chemicals, polishes, compounds, also valet, detailing, and car tunel product. I personally love basic apcs ,wasing products and their polish products. We buy them on even lower prices (almost half off) , and on 5litres canisters. Gs and Po are on of the best apc on the market for us. Amazing that Koch Chemie was able to pull their US release off so successfully. High quality products with high quality packaging usually equals $$$. Their supply chain must completely outclass the likes of CarPro, Gyeon and Gtechniq
At the detailer supply shop in my area, the GS was $14 last year, then $15, & today it’s now $21.. yea, the price is going up. If it’s still $14, take advantage!
Pol Star is just perfect. I even went ahead and took an old CarPro ReTyre bottle with it‘s foaming spray head and gave some 1:5 diluted Pol Star in it and now I have a dirt cheap but very good working interior cleaner for 1,10€/liter. Would use it all the way if I would run a detailing business
@@goata007 It always cleans my leather seats to a super clean matte finish and does clean the rest of the interior very reliably but it will reach some limits on very stubborn dirt on interior trim. I would recommend Green Star diluted 20:1 in that case.

I need to check out the little scrubbers and foam bottles (along with the product). I have 3 small kids, and my wife's van is always a complete disaster. I spent about 6 hours just working on the interior to get it back to ok.
Yea the little scrub pads are amazing and really like things easier. Especially on really bad cars it nice to be able to work one panel at a time with the foam without getting overspray on the other areas

Wow, that's very cool, Josh! Will have to try both of these out, and those foaming sprayer bottles too. Thanks for the heads up! Quick question, as I'm not that familiar with Koch Chemie: do you also use Leather Star as a "dressing" on the plastics and vinyl in the vehicle (dashboard, doors, etc), or is there something else they make that you use for that?
