The exercise selections are not bad at all. Happy to see Nordics for the Hams, very good exercise to prevent Hams injuries. Also happy to see RDLs. Would like to see more ankle movement exercises a part from heel raises for Calves. The everters of the ankle needs constant strengthening to prevent inversion injuries, and also we need more ankle dorsiflexion strengthening for Tibialis Anterior and Co. We also need plenty ankle proprioception training (Rapha, Lewa and Frenkie are examples of why we need this.)
I agree, they need more ankle and tibias strengthening exercises to become less injury prone. They also need to stretch as well.

I see why the players are always getting injuries in Barca they r not doin the exercises properly with a good range of motion. This is so sad unlike other teams when u see them u feel they are really working out. This is like an exhibition

Nice but sorry to say that guy at start of the video or even thumbnail just not good enough for barca even as a la masia product, poor choice of management and xavi for buying romeu as a busquets replacement😌😌 (i understand barca defense not up to the level like last season but the way romeu performing in midfield I think if he plays every match we will lose every one of those, as a substitute after coming late vs alaves, romeu almost costing us 2 point by that stoppage time hand ball in our box, due to offside alaves didn't get a penalty )😌😌
