Servitas and Edison State College present; College LightHouse Commons

We recently completed a LEED Silver Certified project in Fort Myers, FL at Edison State College and are excited to share this landmark project with you. College LightHouse Commons, the first living and learning community at the school, is a 405 bed, 165,000 sq. ft, $26 million, LEED Silver Certified student residence and the first on-campus living facility at any of the Edison State College campuses. It is modeled after apartment-style living and features two floor plan options to include a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan and a four-bedroom, two-bath floor.
