The boss you see in the normal mode does appear in E12S, but they cut that out of the video. My assumption is that this is for three reasons: 1) they're separate bosses with a checkpoint after the first, 2) the total video would've been about as long as the TEA video if they'd included in, and 3) most people who followed the race had seen the first boss tons of times from all the streamer groups.

I started so late b/c most of the time ppl on my server at least looked negatively on blm in endgame raiding. BLM has been my main since I started. Everyone seemd to make things hard or say " blm can't progress" or they need to know the fight which is true. etc. But look. You just did world 1st on BLM and cleared. thank you for literally proving the glass cannon of mages can do just as well in end game tier. Please if you would, tell me what did you do to get to where you are? what were your challenges? I'd like to know so that maybe I could follow in your footsteps to or at the very least, be a better BLM.
hey man, honestly any job is able to prog! unless you're bleeding edge day 1 pushing you can bring whatever you want, and even when you ARE bleeding edge progressing there's only a few strict rules you need to follow and any job can be played as long as you adhere to those rules. In terms of challenges and improvement? I just always try to make sure I'm well informed of the class and adapt what I'm doing to suit the situation. I also have played BLM since 2.0 so I got a lot of experience there :P

@@jamaka2001 How is a cut scene gonna factor into this, the boss dies before it happens. You can never leave the instance if you want, stay inside for an hour, boss is already dead, world first is already yours.

The probability of that happening is low, though why take the risk of watching that cutscene when it has the potential of costing you world first?

He had full crafteable gear plus some pieces of savage, this isn't bis anyway. Crafted gear works fine most of the time
Given the low 20% crit rate it's probably SpS but the difference between the builds is pretty minor in terms of dps
