Two ways: 1. If you've deployed your application on some cloud AWS, GCP, Azure then you can just reserve a static IP and associate it with your server 2. If you're deploying your application on-premise (laptop for example) then you need to take a special leased line from your ISP

we have to take special leased line from ISP to have a static IP .
