It’s certainly a Renaissance. I think you need at least 25 years before you can argue something had it’s golden age. However, if you do start arguing it now, decades from now you can rightfully claim, “I’ve been saying for years that the 2010s was the golden age, you posers!”
Unlikely, seeing as thanks to PC culture there are some topics that are taboo for stand up where as that has generally not been the case in the past. However, there are more people doing it and it's easier to view than ever.

At my sisters wedding i roasted her about our childhood and the shitty big sister stuff she did and all the stupid stuff shes done as an adult. It was all worded jokingly and she was laughing next to me and the rest of the guests were laughing. I wrote my speech, the groom and his best man didnt so mine was better since i thought mine out lol

I don’t think it’s that they don’t care I think it’s that a lot of us are really unfamiliar with our bodies and how to achieve orgasm. They want to learn things they want to try things they long to be taught and to satisfy us but we just don’t know exactly what to teach them lol. What she is talking about is getting roasted - like if a friend said "Becky has such small boobs that you could iron a shirt off her. Wait, no! Don't let anything flammable near her! She might burn another shed to the ground!" (This is weirdly specific because it's meant to imply friendly inside jokes that poke fun of her as a person). At a minimum, you must know about the person to roast them. I personally have been roasted. Roasting a person does not mean making fun of a group of people.
What she isn't talking about is "Women suck because they're intellectually inferior to men". That's sexist and not a joke. It's not at all personal, like a maid of honor's speech at a wedding would be. At best, there's more context to the situation, but most likely it's just sexism trying to veil itself as acceptable. In your case, it just appears to be sexist (although it's not as bad as the example above).
Also, considering that this is the internet, quoting parts of the video is commonplace, and the internet isn't composed solely of the brightest of bulbs, you could have genuinely been mistaken. It wasn't a great joke either, so it's hard to tell.
There are some great jokes about women in general, sure. This isn't one of them and it's definitely not a roast as is what she is discussing in the video.
