I apparently tossed my manual. I'm gonna try one more cleaning (or water even) and shut it off halfway through brew cycle for a bit, half hour is for the maker with an auto clean button. Then turn it back on. It don't know what else to do. 🤷🏻♀️
@@hannspencer I followed these instructions and it worked. However, after it runs through the cleaning it appears to be done and so I turned it off. It turns out I was supposed to run water through again. I had to try it twice to figure that out.
For anyone wondering why it still says clean or is wanting to properly use the clean function: PRESS AND HOLD THE POWER BUTTON FOR 5 SECONDS…it took me hours to figure this out. Then it’ll run 1/2 way and hold it for 30 and then it’ll finish running.

I have bought 3 Black & Decker coffeemaker machines and each time the digital clock stops showing complete time (some areas are missing) on my CM11 machine. Why? Can the clock by changed? The machine is still good, but the digital clock is shot. Tx for your response.

Thank you for a chance to explain my displeasure with this unit and an issue not discussed in the REVIEW. When the timer reaches the starting point and turns on (THE ON LIGHT IS NOT VISIBLE) the room is bright like MY kitchen. If you want to turn it off before the two hour automatic turnoff, you cannot see the "ON" light. This is a serious safety issue and my wife got burned when she did not realize it was still on but NO LIGHT SHOWING. Black and Decker has no clue and the engineer must do his work in the dark. I hope the reviewer will look at the video again and see that the "on" light is NOT visible. However, the PM, Strong, and Brew lights are all clearly visible, even in his bright kitchen. We put our freshly brewed coffee in a thermos to keep it warm and not continually reheated (which makes it bitter) so "turning OFF the machine (hot plate) is important, including the INVISIBLE light to protect us.
I've run auto clean 3 or 4 times and even though it's says it's finished it makes coffee super slow like it's still in clean mode. any thoughts? anybody?
Never made that before but this machine just makes regular hot coffee. Also have a look at the Mr. Coffee iced coffee maker which is geared more for iced coffee only.

We have the same model. It says CLEAN on the display even though we have cleaned and descaled it many times. Any idea how to reset this?

It automatically goes in to clean mode. What wonder is how to get the clean from scrolling on rhis model after you've cleaned it!

2 horas desde que se inicia la preparación se apaga automáticamente el calentamiento. Este tiempo no es programable.

I forgot to press "Strong", got weak coffee this AM. Directions specify use of paper filters. Does use of reusable filter "hurt" the machine?
