Hi from wisconsin! I love your tours, they provide relaxation and lots of ideas what ro do and what not to do when designing homes. I designed one in 2001 and thot it was so modern, and now i find its more 1980 s style!!! ( It was a wonderful home, tho, an earthberm.) Of all the homes, i like this first home the best for comfort and accessability! This was a beautiful home! Maybe they salvaged the staircase as you said it was nice. It looks like they will widen the streets. Too much traffic out there..... ... You are appreciated!
Man who the hell cuts down an entire stair case?! That's just the most random thing I've seen in an abandoned property. It's a shame these places get trashed by people up to no good. Thanks for exploring Ethan!
@Abandoned Urbex Canada did this house also 10 months ago when it was a bit more intact. I guess somebody needed a set of stairs for their new home . Some people will take anything . At least it is being re-used instead of heading for the dump.
That's so stupid how anyone could take the staircase away so you can't get to the second floor anymore. It makes me want to say F word because of that. If I were them I would just leave the staircase alone to be demolished with the rest of the house. If the zoning commission wanted to make a new bigger house they can..
I have been driving by that dump for nearly 3 decades. I suspected some drug stuff 15 years ago. There was a second vehicle in the yard last year I believe, Still. I noticed it seemed to disappear after an urbex vid was posted. Maybe a coincidence. The 70s retro house next door seems unchanged . Quite a few empty houses Along that stretch. Also , The boarded up, empty houses, at the next major road, east and north side of that road, are finally gone. I believe you went thru the 2 story retro one, across from the high school. If not yourself, a fellow urbexer. I'd wanted to explore the outside atleast, awhile back. Never did. I always watch your videos, Ethan. You've got integrity, you explore absolutely amazing locations, and you respect and care about the places you visit. Keep up the good work!
I’ve seen someone else check this place out too. The truck is missing from the 2nd house (the drug dealers house). You can see the ventilation that is put in the exterior walls in 2 of the bedrooms. Probably growing weed. 😂
What is so ironic rhat Brent another explor just recently did a video on that exact same house and it wasn't trashed like that infact he commented on the staircase and how he worked for a company and made that open style of stairs and he also went into the basement and took a couple of punches from the hanging punching bag, so all that destruction was pretty recent I'm sure you would be able to find that video
It’s so sad for people trashing vacant houses. I get scared for you sometimes. You never know what your gonna encounter with these type of properties. Thanks for showing us.
Coyote attacks on humans are extremely rare. We have coyotes where I live and they don’t bother humans and will usually just run away. The same can’t be said for small pets that they view as prey! You are way more likely to get hurt in one of these houses.
Bricks are expensive now. We had my sister hire a handyman for my father’s house who had Alzheimer’s . Toby. Master carpenter.😢🤮. He tried to load up the bricks from my dads house. I am not a assertive person. My sister calls the shots. That was WW3. That house is being stripped. If they keep ripping out the bricks the house will land on their head. Tough.
To me it looks like someone was looking for something BEHIND brick, walls, cut outs on the fireplace, etc. Who knows drugs, money, documents, who knows??
Great video Ethan. I had to go back and rewatch the first time you explored the first house in this video, and aside from the stairs and stone in the kitchen being ripped out, so was the two small murals on the backsplash in the kitchen. Such a shame that homes would be left in this condition to just sit and decay!
Thank you Ethan for braving the cold and the wild animals. Noticed tracks in the snow when you walked out of first house and was almost expecting an animal. That first house was probably nice in its day. At least maybe they were salvaging the staircase. Basement quite creepy. Second house was a disaster. I don’t normally say this but bring on the bulldozer for that one. Thanks for this repeat. Going to look for video of your first explore now. There’s nothing like spending the day out in the cold then going home to a roaring fire and hot chocolate. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Thank you for sharing this revisit and braving the frigid cold. I totally agree too, I hate the cold that's why I live in the south. You need to get yourself some thermals. Stay safe and try to stay warm
Gee it's awfully funny how at the beginning of your video you said that you didn't remember this house at all but then you pointed out how the upstairs bathroom looked so great the last time that you were there along with the beautiful staircase that had disappeared. Hmmm🤔
gee, it’s awfully funny how soon as i walked inside i instantly remembered what house it was. i’ve done at least 250 places since this one last year, you can’t remember everything. i’d like to see you attempt to memorize a tenth of the information and places that i do, clown.
@@ethanminnie sorry I don't break into houses to video for people.. I respect other people's property. Besides one of these days your going to pay the ultimate price for breaking (going) into other people's homes. Clown!
Hi Ethan we don't have coyotes in Australia the only thing we have in Australia that is classed as a wild dog in Australia is the Dingos thank you for sharing your video it's a shame that the stairs were tore down
I would say the Dingo is very close to our Coyotes as far as looks, however Wolves here in the US and Canada are worse and would say their aggressiveness (the wolf) is similar to your Dingo.
Hey Ethan, thanks for braving the freezing cold to bring us this interesting video!!! I'm in Southern California so it never gets that cold here!!! I really enjoy your channel & the adventures you take us on. On to 100k subscribers!!! Happy Holidays!!! 🤶⛄🎄
Why are you alone? This place is scary now. Coyote? What coyote? 2nd house is even worse.... I love you Ethan and most of your videos. You might want to get yourself checked in.....I mean out......Coyote? No coyote....
I saw your 40 million dollar video series. They were awesome. These houses don't even come close in comparison😂. I appreciate you and all you do for us. Stay warm! Hello from the North Carolina. My temperature is 42 fahrenheit. Lived where it was cold and don't plan on doing that again. Thank you!💕💕💕
I can sympathise with you Ethan because we have heavy frost and a dusting of snow and its very cold. Love the sun room, nice door from the kitchen. I did not see the cayote but it was entertaining. You did not allow your camera to focus on it long enough so see. Thanks for the video.
First house is cool. Stupid vandals taking the stairs out. Damn them. Second house is creepy. I remember a car in the front yard. Didn't see the coyote, I went back a couple of times but didn't see it. I hate the cold too Ethan. We do appreciate the time and all weather for your videos.
Thank you Ethan for this amazing explore on such a cold day 👍♥️👍♥️👍♥️👍♥️
Thank you stay warm peace ☮️
Wow, you do the best places of anyone. Awesome stuff. I don't know how you find the best places, but it's great.
Love your vids! Ethan, you crack me up w/the mirrors 😂. Wishing you'd check out some abandons in Motor City!!!
Yo Minnie✌ Merry Christmas Buddy !🎄
Enjoy watching what you do from here in Tennessee

I really enjoy your videos and work on this channel that you do
Man agree with u with the beginning! Revisits are interesting, and I also FRIGggin HATE the cold!!
I like ur way of maintaining the channel I also reply to everything I get! Not that there comes much
Man who the hell cuts down an entire stair case?! That's just the most random thing I've seen in an abandoned property. It's a shame these places get trashed by people up to no good. Thanks for exploring Ethan!
Kool beans bro 😉👍🥰
It's so sad seeing houses in such a state 🥺
Ethan boy you have a gentle spirit about you 😊🥰👍😇
U do such an Awesome Job
I am glad that you still do this in the cold I lived in Regina and do not miss it now I am in BC What a shame
Another great video
Love your channel, Ethan! We appreciate you going out in the cold and documenting these properties before they're gone.
Thank u
Unbelievable how people trash houses. Thank you so much Ethan. You are the best. Stay safe, and go get warm. Blessings to you, always.
Stay warm out there Ethan it is a shame that people do stuff like that just leave it alone and yes it is a piss off.
Thanks Ethan for the video and you braving the cold weather. Keep warm. Blessings.
I don’t remember much about this house, but I do remember those planes😀
Use toe warmers and hand warmers they last for hours. We use them when we ride HD motorcycle’s in the winter.
Love your shows
Merry Christmas 🎄
I absolutely love the WHATS UP GUYS
Curious where I can get a front door like that. It's gorgeous 😍
Plot twist, it was the coyote who cut out the stairs.
Looks like someone started renovating it as opposed to trashing it.
@Abandoned Urbex Canada did this house also 10 months ago when it was a bit more intact. I guess somebody needed a set of stairs for their new home . Some people will take anything . At least it is being re-used instead of heading for the dump.
Why in the world would they cut the stairs out?!?
literally?!? LOL
So awesome. Thanks EM! ❤😎🇨🇦
Coyotes rarely attack humans. If it wasn't showing signs of aggression, you would have been safe. Shouldn't run though.
Stay safe and warn Ethan and thank you for another nice video exept for people's trashing of the last house, very disrespectful.
That is a beautiful shame. 😐😐
I invested in a heated jacket! It comes with a USB battery for you to be able to charge it. Best $100 I ever spent!
I remember this house. I remember the oven in the basement wall.
The door on the 1st house is cool I’d take that. Maybe people are getting ready to demo these houses
Yes I think that sun room was added on
Sup from Kentucky

Reminds me of that old Tom Hanks movie the money pit.

I am shivering just watching you
I like that sunroom

Shame this would’ve been a nice home , back it’s in prime.
I love the cold watch out for wild animals and stay safe
I didn't see the coyote, but am taking your word for it lol.
the house is under remodel , careful about trespass
Be careful out there Ethan
I'd much prefer new explores. The houses just decay more which isn't interesting to me, but if you like it ofc go for it.
Thanks for another great video always so happy to see your videos keep up the good work Happy Holiday much love and respect to you
Don't understand why someone would remove the stairs.
Thanks for exploring in the cold Ethan!!! Your a trooper!! Good man! 🥰🥰🥰
The guy that opens old outdated canned food might buy them old syrup bottles. He is the only one on RUclips who opens 20 to 50 year old canned food.
I wish People would not trash the houses i wish they would sell them on auction and someone could buy them and remodel them
Hand warmers hon do well😉

What a disgusting mess especially in the kitchen. The sunroom looks like it was added later. That second house is a real mess dam vandals.
Coyotes here in Kentucky normally come out at Nite
Peace to U As Well

Hi Ethan 👋 Thank you for another great video ❤️ Happy Holiday 🎄You are awesome 😎
Dang they took the stairs, the whole stairs. Dang it all to hell.
LMFAO DUDE this is basically outside my window wttff that's wild

Merry xmas! ❤🎄🌟😀 The 70s homes are trashed. The stairs ugh! 😣 Cool video. You find cool retro stuff. ❤🏠🏚😊
Kids must of messed it up more than before
To me it looks like someone was looking for something BEHIND brick, walls, cut outs on the fireplace, etc. Who knows drugs, money, documents, who knows??
Update, just drove by and the car is gone. Thursday December 15 around. 9-10 am
Nope didn't see they Yote, but I believe ya lol. I'm a Michigander so we see them all the time lol.
15:25 I wondered what those paw prints were... then we found out. I still didn't see it though.
The most remarkable thing about 1970s tract homes, is their total unremarkableness. Especially when they're trashed. Still a great video, stay warm!
How about using the ladder to get up there?!
I don't blame you for being mad, cause that was a nice stair way.....That was dumb of them to cut down those stairs to the 2nd floor

Thanks Ethan for all you do always love your videos. I miss the cold. Live in Florida. That is weird why did they leave snowmobiles and stuff.

You need to get yourself some thermals.

That’s really sad that they took the staircase down I really won’t too see the upstairs too wow I can’t believe that they took the staircase down
Coyotes are harmless to people lol

There was a ladder right there you could have went upstairs!!
i don’t think it was a big enough ladder, i was thinking the same thing

Still don't see the coyote, but there were a bunch of paw prints that you walked right thru.
Looks like you are in New Mexico? I lived in Albuquerque for 20 years
Did you just bolt from a coyote? 😆
Be safe, trust your gut & try to stay warm! Do coyotes nest in abandoned places? Running into wild animals in the yard is bad enough!
