@@dascr32 To clarify the issue:
Jarvis -private team- was disqualified in the Erzberg for receiving external help to repair the bike and Mani -KTM official- for receiving external help to repair the bike in the Romaniacs sanctioned him with 2 hours. Mani continued in the race and scored points, just the points that have made him win the championship.
Both the Erzberg and the Romaniacs are World Hard races regulated by the FIM, therefore the regulations are the same.
Then…. Why is a different sanctioning criterion applied to some pilots than to others?
There were already complaints against the KTM group because they went to the races with a minibus of people hired to help their drivers.
