@@etherealaim it knocked the roll bars off of the frame. the protection on the drivers side could not account for that. it would be very bad if that was a drivers side hit.

At this point NASCAR needs to drop a Next Gen off the Grand Canyon to make sure it can withstand impacts from every which way... Matter of fact, just throw em all into the Grand Canyon and let's start on the Gen 9 or whatever f'n number we're on.......
That race was so shitty at the end that Kyle Busch won his first superspeedway race in 15 years (62 super speedway since his last win) and it kinda got overshadowed
This is the first ss weekend that left a genuinely bitter taste in my mouth, and my guy won the damn thing!!! From the wreck fest in xfinity, to the actually decent racing with this car in Cup, just for next gen safety issues to keep flaring up and a shitshow of a finish. At this point I'm done with ss racing since nothing seems to change for the better at these tracks.
