watching the video pod after listening on spotify for that friday feeling and being shocked that Grace was singing live bc without visuals it really does sound like she's being interrupted with a prerecorded song. i've never heard anyone transition so suddenly from regular talking to singing.
Honestly when I clicked on this pod I was so excited because I thought "Demise of Sand" surely meant Geoff would spend more than enough time harping on the various ways in which you can murder sand (aka grains, of which the consistency is akin to that of sand) but alas the episode's namesake is about a dude named Sandy dying? 0/10 I want a refund Or I need Geoff to make a new rice song titled "Demise of Sand"
