Someone of my son's size and activity needs closer to the adult range of .8 g/kg. This works out to be nearly 4 cups of lentils a day. been vegan for a while now. My best recipe is the following (Strawberry Nice-Cream) 1 full Avacado, 1 handful Walnuts, Maca powder, goji berries, strawberries, Cacao powder, beet root, flax seeds, chia seeds, acai powder, and any milk is fine (I use flax) Its soooo tasty! Enjoy!

They both pretty much do the same thing! I never have a problem sauteeing with either or. Some dishes require oil though to increase taste, something I can think of is vegan ramen. It's all about achieving the flavor profile that's wanted!

This day's receipes would be fine for you and me, but not for a teenage boy or girl who is still growing as there is not enough protien. I suspect you have teenage viewers, so it would be good for them as well!!

So if you want to know more from people more qualified than you and I. I highly recommend watching a documentary called Food Choices. Its avaliable on Netflix. But i assure you. It is impossible to have a protein deficiency on a plant based diet. (as long as you are eating the recommended amount of calories)
