Burnout in ministry is something that is so incredibly overlooked. We expect our pastors and leaders to be there for our every need (pretty much), but when are we there for them as congregation? When are we there for their families? This post was written shortly after I read through the story of pastor Andrew Stocecklein , in part inspiration by the below articles written by Thom Rainer, and in part from my own experiences of burnout in ministry.
