It's good to know this because the kind of citizen you are plays a good role in the history. Also something it wasnt left clear is that in BC mana == life force so yeah if you are a mage and Asta beats you with his sword that hurts. That's why literally no one but Asta can use the swords, because they would die.

For example, 34 and 35, 62 and 63, 87 and 88, 117 and 118, etc. However, with most other episodes, I agree with you that one episode per upload is fine, since they already do 3-4 uploads a week.
The Vermillion family is actually pretty chill. You'll find out more in coming episodes. You gotta realize, these prejudices have been around for forever, so getting past them is gonna take some time. Some people are more open to change. Others aren't. That change is gonna be a big part of the overall arc of the series.
Oh man how i like this ending, especially the fact that the music starts few seconds before the actual ending and it usually fits so well like in this episode for example, always gets me hyped. Im glad i havent listened to people calling it a trash anime and kept watching it.

But later on, they genuinely won't be able to predict anything since Black Clover becomes very unpredictable after the Witches' Forest arc.
