Brittany, how artistic and clever you are! Your sketches are lovely. Two weeks apart is a long time and both of you coped so well…it’s what makes you both so successful. My husband and I have been together 64 years this August and we would concur with Drew’s grandparents….you overlook the little annoyances and remember all the things that you love about each other…and yes, we still hold hands too. The cats are so healthy and beautiful. Bless your grandparents. 93 and so active. God is good. I miss my Jr., so much. He passed 8 yrs., ago. When you are loved and treasure your loved ones, you have everything . So glad you two are back together.❤

I smiled when you were moving the rock or talking about challenges like rolling in the awning because lately I’ve watched some RUclips videos about Iranian nomadic women. They chop firewood, bundle large loads on their backs as well as some of them carrying multiple children on their back as they traverse steep mountains. They also cook and bake bread, grill chicken over wood fires. They carry bricks, mix cement on the ground and build walls with cinder blocks and cement. They use axes and shovels to till and move dirt without a second thought. We women don’t realize how strong we can be and underestimate what we can do. You moving a rock with your fingertips up so not to damage your nails. Watch a few of the videos and you will be inspired, I promise. That is the impact they have on me. We have grown soft, or at least I have. They would be amused watching us and our “challenges.” We can do more if we just believe it!! This is my lesson after watching them. I don’t want a hard life like they live but I do want to be stronger and do more for myself. 🙏

Drew what a travel experience and thanks for introducing us to your amazing and wonderful grandparents, absolutely lovely and incredible for 93. Nice to see all the rebuilding in Florida, horrible to see the devastation. Brittany those storms were unbelievable but lovely to see the cats making themselves at home where they feel safe, and great they used the outside house. Minnew is so cute loved the reel of her playing with the seed lol. Sometimes we have to divide and conquer, we get to achieve things on our own which gives us strength and then we feel even stronger when we are back together - you are such a lovely couple x

Loved the double take on this video while you were apart. The kitties, the grandparents, the storms, it was all very interesting. Hoping everything continues to go well. Thank you for the ladies on your own message. I've been on my own for many years as a widow, I run my own homestead and it all feels very normal, but people always seem surprised. It was nice to see how things are progressing in Florida after that terrible hurricane. Glad the boulder missed your trailer! Give the kitties extra scritches from this fan. :)

You guys are great. Nice seeing Drews Grandparents they love Brittany. That say a lot about the kind of person she is. I’m from Key West born and raised so I understand Hurricanes. We were living in Homestead and lost everything during Andrew. Thank goodness we got out of there and 80ft Ficus tree came through the middle of the house destroying every room. But as you both know as long as we survive that’s the important part because all the material things can be replaced. I love Portugal. If only I was younger and had better health I’ve been living with
Lyme ‘s Disease since 2002, 22yrs it disabled me however I still love live and thankful to be alive. God Bless you guys take care. Love the kitties also.

What a great video! I've been enjoying your videos for some time now, but learned more of your story this time! What a precious legacy you have with your adorable Grandparents! We are about 20 some years behind them in marriage, having been married for 45 years next month, and we can truly say with them, "The Lord had been very good to us." That is truly the best foundation for life! And the only source of true joy! Thank you for sharing them with us! (And yes, we still hold hands a lot too!)
Seeing what your family has gone through with the hurricane was shocking, I hadn't seen that before! But your parents, like your Grandparents are people of strength and so it's not at all surprising that you are rebuilding your beautiful Mill and creating a life and home there! I was just in Ft Meyer over new years … I noticed a lot of new things and was so excited to what a change since last year. I made sure to see a sunset and watch the entertainment on time square. I was also excited to have a quesadilla at La Ona. I have finally decided that I want to rebuy in FtMeyer, since my house was ruined by Ian.
I thought about your parents when I was exploring the neighborhoods around the beach. Glad to see that they are at the final stages of being back to normal.

Wow I had no idea you were involved in Radiology. I am a 5 yr retired Nuclear Medicine tech. It was funny to see the old view boxes. I have one I repurposed for my stain glass work. I am from Nova Scotia , Canada which at the moment is in the middle of a 3 day snowmageddon 🙄
Our facility still reads analog films. Not many places continue to do this. That’s a create use and great idea for the stain glass. I bet it’s beautiful ✨💚

What an interesting video. Love the kitties! I remember when my hubby had to travel for work. We lived on top of a hill in a semi rural area. I managed but hated being alone (even with two kids, a cat and several dogs). So power to you, Brittany.
I was glad to see your fathers progress on there home and enjoyed the kitties at off grid home
Get a couple of hot water bottles, it will keep warm for 7 hours and much more space friendly. I do the same with outside dogs.
Please wrap the bottles with towels as you poor the hot water. I heard about someone doing the same and evidently there was a weakness or flaw in the bottle and it exploded and I was thankful they were wearing glasses because shards went everywhere.
You both survived. As..love continues.

loving what you are both doing with your lives and adore the Mill house. I am 63 and wish I had known about alternative lifestyles when younger, we are fulltime vanlifers and have been for 3 years we really love it. Have you thought about extending the height of the turret and putting in 360o windows in for a panoramic views with a viewing platform/ mezzanine? just it always look as if it could have a bit more height? I watch from the UK btw. That was some storm you had out there I would have had a sleepless night!! good luck with everything I love seeing your progress. xx
If I were Brittany, I would have stayed the night with Drew, and went home in the day light. I live 20 minutes from Newark, NJ. Brittany is brave. I couldn't go back home on that long road in the dark.
It’s not so bad. Driving at night is a better use of time.
I guess Drew came back just as that polar cold front came in. I live in Virginia ad the temps got down to 19 degrees which is unusual for us plus it was not only cold but really damp so the cold went right through you. Fortunately I have electric blankets and electric throws for my comfy chair otherwise I don’t think I would have been able to keep warm. Sorry he had to come at that time especially being up north!

I know quite a few people who (years later) are still waiting for an acknowledgment letter, let alone compensation from TAP.
Such great value for the money. Delicious! Yes, lucky to have confirmation about the refund. However, after checking a week later and not receiving any thing, they told me it would be 2 business cycles before I receive the funds. Not sure if that means 60 days… we will see. 🤞

Que excelente vidio a Brittany ficou sozinha e logo por azar teve uma tempestade mas felizmente voltou tudo ao normal foi chato aquela pedra tao grande cair mesmo no meio da estrada mas a Brittany conseguiu removê-la. Agora já veio o Drew que tambem passou muito frio nos Estados Unidos com muita neve. Gostei muito dos avós do Drew 68 anos juntos tao queridos e estavam muito bem apesar da idade. Espero que a Brittany e o Drew sejam sempre felizes. Os gatinhos tambem estao tao lindos achei graça um deles estar dentro da casinha. O Drew está muito bonito de bigode gostei muito. Espero por mais vidios para a semana .
