Rubén Bada & Guzmán Marqués - The Lockdown Sessions - Xiringüelu/ Muñeira d'Antón

To keep myself sane during the quarantine I decided to record and upload some music while the lockdown lasts in Asturies (Spain). It's mostly improvised and "demo" quality, and I might delete them when this is over, but in the meantime enjoy!
Guzmán Marqués was key on the revival of the asturian fiddle tradition. He was also a founder member of the group Llan de Cubel. I'm honoured, and really happy to having convinced him to play a couple of tunes. A "xiringüelu" (also known as "saltón", which is a type of dance from Asturies) and the "muñeira d'Antón"
