ONE OF THE BEST EXCITING VIDIOS IVE SEEN, FROM YOUNG and TRIM,TO OLDER AND OVER WEIGHT. THIS IS THE THE SCHOOLING THAT STAYS WITH YOU,AND BECOMES A NATURAL REFLEX, BOBING, WEAVING, SLIPPING PUNCHES AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL. ( TIMING ), GOOD LUCK TO THE HEAVY KID ,IN 3 TO 6 MONTHES WHATCH WHAT HE BECOMES,HE GOT DRIVE!!!!!!! AWESOME VERY AWESOME AWESOME ALL THE WAY
I worked with a chef that was a fat guy, his belly was most of his weight and it stuck out pretty far. One of his fight tactics was using a belly bump that kinda stuns you, and if there's a corner or wall your pinned, he was very fast with his hands. He could throw some punches for a big older man.
Wtf why were y’all fighting in the kitchen?
@@KG88KiteGodMusic bruh if you never worked in the kitchen during rush hour, you’d be surprised how fast hands can be thrown from being stressed as shit lol
@@Solothefuture1 oh shit
@@KG88KiteGodMusic we weren't fighting, he's an old Latin King and he was reliving his young days and asked me if I thought he had hands. To my surprise he was very fast with his jabs and that belly bump completely caught me off guard, there's no defense against it, using only your body unless you have a larger belly 😂.
But yes working in a kitchen there are plenty of verbal and physical fights. People will box and go right back to work.
A belly bump with a stun effect? You were fighting a video game character.
A loooooot of haters and envious doubters in the comments. 😂
They forget to mention things like the cardio, endurance, regiment, study, technique, form, dieting, exercise, strength, discipline, pain, hours of hard work, how long it takes to be able to do these demonstrations without much fail. The difference between mastering repetition vs being able to command your craft with skill and variation on demand.
All you see are results and progress. You likely don't know what it takes to get to these points. It's not just muscle memory. Not everyone can train like every clip shown without hard work. Not everyone has discipline everyone has the mental fortitude to lose weight, take the pain, stay consistent..
And so what if someone has nice work and would lose a fight. No one was claimed to be the greatest. These individuals are only celebrated for having potential, working hard or having accomplished something and making something out of their efforts.
Sometimes, ppl make me sick with how ignorant and arrogant they are. Miserable... A lot of you are miserable.
Please go to a 5 star boxing gym and realize most of these are basic things
@aguy481 Have been to several levels of gyms. From ones that use boxing for cardio to ones that have coaches that have taught big names. It takes the average person ua year or more to do some of these things competently. The speed, accuracy, and technique mastery. Not the obvious clips of fledgling beginners learning the very basics.
You pretty much just proved to me that I'm right to say what I said. Most of you are haters that are more concerned with passively demanding/suggesting that the clips should consist of excellency and advanced expertise. But you don't even realize that's not what the video is about, as I pointed out before.
You're jealous and / or petty comment gremlins who don't understand this is a celebration of those who are putting in time and the purpose is to motivate others to grind. Hence, it is showing kids foing flashy padwork and showing intensity learning footwork. Hence showing the fat guy who's working hard to lose weight. Hence showing the amature fighter who just got his 1st win. No one ever said this is a video about dominanting-fighters or training that rivals a professional's. Once you understand that you'll perhaps get over yourself and stop holding randoms to a standard you set, just be judgemental.
Maybe then you'll realize this type of behavior is exactly what keeps some people anxious and avoiding gyms and deters people from trying to grind. Because there's always a group of casuals or intermediate and smug people who feel like they have to judge and compare beginners to experts.. Just because.
@@theWIIISEguy you see the opposite of what's happening. This is showing off, not inspiring except for the fat guy.
I agree with you and I don't get all of the comments acting as if a boxer should just forego training all together I mean because hell it's all a waste of time you're still going to suck according to these guys.
They kno the timing of these things that’s why a boxer with his own cadence n feints is a different story
timing is key and boxing taught me that
Fr💯
@@gpapa6368timing, not rhythm. Rhythm gets you caught
People aren't as smart as they think. Often they get stuck in rhythms especially later on when you're running on endurance and constant training. Realistically, learning someone's rythym is both the only way you'll hit a professional, and the best way to counter punch. It's also the best way to get punches in. Other fighters learn your rythym only for you to break it.
They are probably counting in their heads. Still impressive though

He gone be something!!!!! (That little boy) Mark my words
Mama Africa🌍..the best

That little kid near the end showcases just how amazing the human mind and body can be.
When he ducks under, he squats instead of bending over which is awesome. He intuitively keeps his stance and balance. He keeps his hands up.
All he needs is a high level boxer to fine tune his technique. Kid has real potential. Good to see.
Boxing towards the camera is a great tool.

When i think about it it confuses me. These guys are look amazing but there are thousands of people like this. And how we don't know lot of them? Are the known ones very very very good or this level is normal/beginner level?
U see real skills when faced by someone who actually hits back...this stuff is just exercising

Bags don't hit back.....
Yeah no shit, but it helps your training. What's your point?

"Boards don't hit back"- Bruce Lee
Do you want to see a video of bruce hitting a heavybag?
The context for that quote doesnt fit. You suffer from having zero logic and common sense.
How about instead of using other people's words, try using your own. What are you criticizing exactly? You dont want people to practice or get in shape? Do you view those things as a waste of time or what? Whats the point/premise of your comment?

That yellow punching bag, taught those black bags a lesson.
0:43 bruh that’s how we fought in the bathroom in middle school.
Even though it’s timing but what you don’t know is it’s mental timing. You have to time it in your head while moving about that’s the hard part.
Exactly, that subtle mental factor is key. People tend to only view timing from a physical standpoint and forget the mental aspect.. anticipation of your opponentsnext move, ability to set a counter up, recognize tells/ques from the opponents their rythmn..much more.
@@allenlamb8240 What's amazing noone never told me that, it;s just something i know how to do while fighting. For instance 1-2's left is 1 and 2 is right (orthodox) right is 1 and 2 is left (southpaw) then counter with a slip/overhand.
Enjoy it while it lasts because it’s very fleeting
I cant wait to see that kid with the pink gloves fight and the big guy with the yellow tshirt o my days off the hook literally
Dude I hope that little Nigerian kid makes it to pro. That will be awesome to see.

I have been saying for a while now that at this point if you aren't training your child in some form of martial art as a way to give them confidence and to simply improve their lives; then you are doing them a great disservice..
U dont train a kid in fighting for confidence...it's for protection. If your kid is lacking confidence there's an issue with how u teach ur kid morally and religiously.
@@tonynguyen8166 i know you mean well, however it’s both. Martial art training does bring confidence. Common sense tells that.
