I've been making nord mead as my main recipe for almost a year now. A few tweaks I made with it are that I cut the ABV down to 7%. I didn't have cardamon so never used it but made up for that with using cloves, cinnamon and ginger and a lot of zest. Fermented with wild flower honey and back sweetened with orange blossom honey. A light and refreshing, very orange focused mead. Usually good to drink within 2 or 3 months.
@@TheGoodCrusader yeah to be fair, the Snow Elves did execute his entire family and city (minus his two sons Yngol/Ylgar and Ahzidal the mage and future Dragon Priest), so it makes sense - I consider it an anti-Thalmor device in 4E 201…
Honored, as always, to be included in your videos! We miss those ceramic Winter Warmer bottles so much.
They're incredibly cool, I actually had to save mine to reuse later!
this drinks videos looking like a real life skyrim character are just so good
Appreciate it! It was sort of a slow evolution on my stream, but then I realized it really works for the videos!
Great video man! Success is being achieved by trail and error.
Appreciate it! The next video is even more ambitious...

Yeah, cutting the ABV is going to be my #1 priority on a second batch! Been considering a few Kveik strains...
My Winter Warmer did not last long either 😅 Yum!
Looking forward to more videos on here though you know I love those Quench Quest streams 😁
That's a good poem.
"I like it spiced, and sweet, and powerful..."
“Racist axe” just called it that the other day 😂
The Merethic Era was a wild time 😳😅
Ysgramor did nothing wrong.

New Video! Mead, mead, mead!
Heft your mead horns and hold your heads high!
You should try a recipe from gothic mead maker Josh Saunders
