MARK, WHAT A TREMENDOUS RAINBOW OF DIFFERENT FOODS!!! I LOVED HOW CAREFUL AND ANCIENT TECHNIQUE OF PREPARATION THE PASTRIES. I LOVE YOU HAD ENJOY THIS FOOD!!!
Wow Gaziantep is a beautiful city!! The first restaurant has a range of splendid delicious dishes to choose from paired with flavorful ingredients and dipping sauces. Pistachios are a major factor in the cuisines as well especially the amazing pastry tart called baklava that's prepared with such precision, technique, care, & unique processes combined with syrup/ butter gee & chopped pistachios. The flaky texture & crispiness brought fluids to my mouth immediately lol omgoodness what a special treat. The minced fresh ingredients in the grounded lamb parts looks so satisfying especially when consumed with the fresh bread from the wood fire oven. I love the marble walls, stainless steel counters/ appliances, & clean sanitized kitchens in those luxurious modern restaurants. Again, the last location is phenomenal, displaying the open dazzling courtyard with gorgeous architectural features complementing the artisan style backdrop, hearing exotic birds chirping is a overall appealing vibe. Thanks Mark for this iconic tour of Turkey I so much appreciate & adore gracefully!! Blessings & safe travels always for you and your family!! Until the next chapter of your phenomenal journey... Cheers!!🍋🍆🌯🥗🍳🍯🍵☕
@linasyr7867 are you talking about the self-annexation of the Hatay Province to Turkey in 1939, water disputes resulting from the Southeastern Anatolia Project, and Syria's support for the Kurdistan Workers' Party? I know, Syria and Turkey have a soaring bilateral relationship. Furthermore, Turkey, under Osman(Ottoman Empire) ruled Syria as one of its provinces for 600 years. However, the Syrian civil war has once again strained relations between the two countries, leading to the suspension of diplomatic contact.
