We "sandbagged" our friend by making Ben out to be the "average joe" and paired them up for a 2v2 Divot Dudes vs Ben and Will golf match. Can will's team pull it off and win the $400!?

Oh my goodness… I was expecting Ben to surprise. What I wasn’t expecting was the absolute Oscar worthy performance as Chad. From the warm up routines, to the putting form, to, “just a little lower than I wanted it,” to “getting some steps in,” and marking a ball with another ball. On top of it the editing was hilarious. I haven’t laughed this hard at a golf video in a while. Awesome job.

I agree with this synopsis. Ben seemed like he was terrible, putting (ha) on a real good show... But he was contributing to the team (obviously), despite appearing like he couldn't golf his way out of a... hole, oddly enough. That's really all a guy can ask for from a partner. So he just had a good time, played the game, was encouraging when he could be, tried to gently massage in some advice that he felt like he was in a position to give, especially after some of the absolute whack things it looked like Ben was doing.
He probably felt really dumb, but honestly Ben was ASKING him for the advice most of the time, to appear as though he knew nothing at all, so he leaned into it assuming that it was appreciated and desired. No way he could have known that it wasn't needed. He was just being an all around good dude if you asked me. I'd golf with him.
... Wait a minute, I don't golf... Matter of fact what am I doing here? How did I get here? Man... I think I need to go outside. I'm in some kind of a RUclips rabbit hole at the moment.

First time watching your channel. I have a friend that was on the PGA Tour for 20 years. One Summer, he was on medical leave from the Tour and he agreed to play golf with a bunch of our friends. I was in the same 4some, and I birdied the first hole. He left his birdie putt a few inches short. I was psyched. I ended up carding a 79, and he put on a clinic beating me by 17 strokes to card a 62 (which included a 3-putt on hole 11). I can still remember every shot he hit and was amazed how close in proximity to the pin he was on approach shots. It was an amazing experience. I've played many times with him, and that was a cool memory. I had played on the golf team in college and he played hockey and baseball. Just a great athlete and awesome ball striker. I can't wait to watch more of your videos. Thanks.
