I thought so too but go to Zach Pincince's RUclips and look up his Hypnosis Through the Screen videos. The one that worked for me was the 22:18 minute video.

@@sharmishthanawosah lol I may sound crazy but just for the heck of it bc I didn't believe it and truthfully it didn't work for me at first bc there was so much noise and I was distracted. The second time I used my headphones so I wouldn't be distracted by anything else. It ended up working. It's weird and cool at the same time bc you are aware you are doing what he's telling you but you can't help but to let your mind do it.
