- Hello! I'm Dave, The Kuripot Traveler. For this vlog, I'll share with you my condo journey. At 26, I was able to invest in a rent-to-own condo unit in Metro Manila. This is at GA Tower 2, located in the heart of Mandaluyong, EDSA & walking distance from Boni MRT Station. Get to know the total price of the unit and how much I paid for the downpayment.

The GA tower was built way back 2005 no wonder why its much cheaper now

Scary diyan pero ang ganda lang ng location. I stayed sa Light residences eh as in across lang.

@@abundant9872 medyo gloomy po yung facade ng condo. Nag goosebumps ako upon entering tapos mga 9am po yun, di na talaga bumalik. Baka dahil luma na po yung whole bldg. Super laki kasi ni GV tower, Buti naman nag renovate na mostly mga tenant diyan.

in real estate buying. please do not rush. u dnt have to jump into getting one for the sake of owning one. the units in this tower are selling cheap for a reason. hope you have done enough research.

I’m in my 30s, wala pa talaga akong sariling bahay. And this vlog is an eye-opener for me to think about investments and do something about it talaga wag lang puro sa isip lang. Thank you, Dave! This will serve as an inspiration for me. 💖
To be fair naman po, in this economy ang hirap talagang makapag-pundar. Naswerte lang ako dahil work from home & had some revenue from RUclips so nakaipon kahit papaano. At di me magastos. Haha. But yes, if may opportunity to invest, grab talaga. Go for it po. Lakasan talaga ng loob minsan, parang booking lang ng flight ticket. Bahala na next jk 😂

Not sure with others, pero ganito sa nabili kong unit. And totally fine with it.

Hahaha as mentioned, laking tulong lang naman talaga ng work from home. At di ako masyado lumalabas at nagbibibili ng di essential. Matipid din sa pagkain, keri ko kumain ng paksiw for 1 week. Ganon. HAHAHA. Pero okay naman ako.

2.8M? Gosh thats a tiny house all those 3 bedrooms combined is a normal size 1 bedroom. You should have spent more time researching.
What about the location as the main factor why it cost that much. If you visit the areas especially the industrialized, 2.8M is not much.

Congrats sobrang sipag nyo po i can see that, went to that condo before mag rent sana ko, buti nlng nasa ibang developer or iba na naghahandle sknya kc syaang ang ganda ng location kaso napabayaan, mukang much better na sya ngayon compared 2016 nun nagtingin ako.

Pangit po dyan at maliit space. Mag California Garden Square ka na lang if balak mo bumili condo. Malapit lang din Edsa Shaw station.

Hello! Shy ako idisclose haha pero depende yan kung ilang years to pay. I think sa current price, may as low as 20+ thousand yan. Cheaper vs others talaga. Hehe. :)
