Once you gain 3 to 3.5 years of experience, you will have greater opportunities with tier 1 companies like AMD Qualcomm Intel and Cadence. You may expect your CTC to be around 25 LPA or higher, as some of my known persons work there Initially you might not receive a salary comparable to that of it freshers, but over time, your compensation will significantly increase
That's great sir... I'm a second year electronics engineering student... To master this domain, Is PG compulsory??? When I asked my clg professors, they told me that, "if you gonna do your masters, then alone you can earn in VLSI domain otherwise pls don't go that way" .. How true was that?? Could you clarify me please
@@ShankarM-cg1fd please don't call me sir im just 22 yrs . you can also have greater opportunities when you gain significant work experience before pursuing a master's degree within vlsi there are various domains such as physical design and post-silicon validation, dft once you gain actual experience in these domains you may better understand what to focus on for your master's therefore instead of doing a master's right after your ug studies gaining some work experience first can be beneficial before pursuing a master's degree
I'm first year EEE student. EV, VLSI, Embedded systems out of these which field has more scope, good work life balance, salary package? Please reply bro
@@kazamabinladen-zv5dn I was in your stage during my 1st years... Choose a path in which your interest align with... First try to explore all the fields, that you have mentioned, then finally choose one from those.... & Scope changes with time to time, if you are very much passionate about it, you'll definitely make money 👍.. but In general all the three i.e., EV, VLSI and Embedded/IOT has very high demand
What is the difference between VLSI and an embedded system? --- Here’s a brief comparison: VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration): VLSI refers to the process of creating integrated circuits by combining thousands or millions of transistors onto a single chip. It focuses on designing and fabricating hardware components, like processors or memory chips, and involves a lot of circuit design and semiconductor technology. Embedded System: An embedded system is a dedicated computing system that performs specific tasks within a larger system, such as in household appliances, automotive controls, or medical devices. It includes both hardware and software, where the hardware can use VLSI-designed chips, but the focus is more on software control, real-time processing, and task-specific design. In essence, VLSI is about designing hardware components, while embedded systems focus on integrating both hardware and software for specific functions.
