1/4 kg beef shank
2 pcs. sili green
2 onions, medium
1 ginger, medium
1 cup spring onions
1 beef broth cube
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch(+1/2 cup water)
3-4 L water
salt and pepper to taste
Lechon Kawali:
3/4 kg pork liempo
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
2 bay leaves
Chicharron Bulaklak:
1kg pork mesentery(ruffle fat/fat flower)
1 cup vinegar
1 tbsp salt
Pares rice:
1 kg rice
1 1/2 L water
1/3 cup soy sauce(more or less)
condiments:
spring onions
fried garlic
chili garlic
