Well it all makes sense that the portal is working but things got unexpected for Dr panic he was trying to find the past block city dimension but when he was trying to find it he mistakenly opened the stranger things dimension and all other dimensions we didn't know. This makes me realised that rage will finally go back very soon to the past with date If Dr panic found the past block city dimension dating 10yrs back.
