I would like to get information about how to grow sweet lupin business in Turkey. I believe that it is still an untapped market in Turkey and I would like to support local farmers on how improve their processes and how to monitize it going forward. Do you have any suggestion with whom I can contact to to get more information
In Portugal we eat it as a very satisfying snack, usually taken with beer. It's very common and cheap, specially in the summer. We call it "tremoço"(the 'ç' sounds like a 's').

We ate it in Syria too. Very similar name too, we call it Tirmos
It's known in Turkey as tirmis and apparently all these come from the Greek thermos, meaning hot.
Awesome video! Very informative!
