Dargah Sahib, Muslim graveyard (Lodhi road), and Minto Bridge (Cannaught Place) are some of the places gifted to waqf. "There are three characters of the Waqf property. Nobody can declare any property as Waqf's until the original owner has gifted that", says Kamru Choudhury. "Why only for one community? What about Sikhs, Hindus, Christians?", confronts Rahul Shivshankar. "Today, land belonging to Christians is not under state control, Muslims have a Waqf act where they have autonomy.
