    Hello Nick. I need to check out more of your videos when I get the chance. I’m in my mid-40’s and need to find how to put on weight. It’s really been a struggle for quite some time now. For the most part, I’m a vegetarian, but I will eat chicken from time to time. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
    That being said, it’s great to see one of your videos. It has been quite some time since I saw you last. You’ve definitely come a long way from haircut tutorials! I’m happy for ya man.👍🏻💯

      Hi Chris, welcome back! To gain muscle and not fat, you need to be in a caloric surplus (I suggest at least 2,800 calories a day consisting of at least 150 grams of protein) while weight training at least 3 times per week. Your protein sources as a vegetarian will be eggs, whey protein, and cottage cheese. (Nuts, seeds, beans, fruit and veggies do not count towards your protein goal.) That should do it!
