FYI. The drain plug you didn't undo has a mesh filter inside. These don't have a replaceable filter like most bikes, its a metal mesh washable thing. I have a 2012 model I have never liked it. I inherited it from my late father in law , it was fine for him. I prefer a solid gearbox over the newer CVT belt drive. It's like driving a rubber band. They disengage down hill and free wheel. The diff died $2500 later. Never having towed anything in it's life. Sorry for being negative about them, My thoughts are they are probably a good hobby farm bike but I wouldn't want to rely on it in the out back for serious work.. I will get plenty of stick for the post I'm sure. I'm just telling it how it is for me.
"The oil change and quick service have enhanced my riding experience. It's fantastic."

Sweet now I know how to change the oil on that 🎉
like on every other engine, duh
your (rear) brake squeals exactly like mine, unbelievable... at least they are consistent
