Honestly a game like this is something a College Teacher would give to his/her students as a semester exam and upon succession gets an automatic passed - so bad - it’s definitely good.
I thought it was made by a group of Korean students who were enraged because there weren't enough fighters on the market and they didn't get 3rd strike or something.
@thejobloshow This is Dong Dong Never Dies. It was made in China but the intro was stolen from KOF 98, Street Fighter 3rd Strike and Street Fighter 4, as far as I know.
Not even digitized. They literally used pictures for the animations, instead of motion capture device. They took around 10.000 pictures to make all the animations
