There are no good moments to wear a masculine cologne? lol This is a niche quality cologne for 30 bucks. There is some tobacco, rum, leather, woods, some spices.. it has a hint of sweetness while being an IDGAF cologne. For the price this is an absolute masterpiece. Then when you factor in the performance? This is a $100 bottle if I ever smelled one.

Bentley men intense was not intended or released to be a 20 or 30 buck fragrance.... The price was more towards the 80 /100 range when it was released.... It became a cut price fragrance because it did not catch on initially. and is now an excellent value fragrance with a cult status following.
The perfumer was Natalie Lawson... She does not blend 20 dollar fragrances and is very highly thought of in the fragrance world...
It may not be to everybody's taste... But it is very well blended and is a great winter fragrance

You're a 100% right. I bought this for me. It's not a versatile scent (Bently for Men is a little more forgiving), but Intense fits perfectly for mature (bad boy type) for a night out at a bar, or even a club. A backyard get together with friends enjoying a few drinks. I never bought this for office work usage, but I like knowing I have it stashed away for the occasions listed about.
Mate this is a must have in the rotations... This is a masterpiece your review ain't. It's a must have in a Man's rotation. It's a cooler weather cologne. Trust me fellas get it!

To be honest - Fragrance is relative to taste - I honestly love this smell and I've gotten a multitude of unsolicited compliments from this - it's rather unique in the baloney cologny world if we stating facts "for the price". There are parts in this scent I do not care for - but as a collector of over 250 bottles of cologne .... in the Chicago area in the dead of winter this has the ability to turn heads. Correct it is by no means the best, but best is relative to application as you mentioned. If you can't see the application of the scent in your life, it's pretty much toilet water, no matter what others say. I learned my lesson from Encre Noire by Lalique... so much praise and I understand, it's a rather unique scent indeed but I wore it to work and one of my co-workers to not to wear that again... becasue I normally smell well..lol since I have other scents that do better in other occasions I have no use for it... A great scent "for someone" but not for me... Hope this helps because I saw your Dua video and I thought there were some great points in that one too.. Keep it my brother and keep growing, I believe we all appreciate honesty... and appreciate your input just as well as someone else's..
Amen sir. Well said! And honestly I try to wear different hats in these reviews because I can’t say we’re all categorized as “one type” all the time. We can be fathers, office workers, young, old, classy, opulent, cheap and expensive all within the same week. I thank you for this man. And yes I have been through cold Chicago winters so I can see this working for sure!
I'm 22 and I find Bentley for Men Intense a very very daring fragrance. Thumbs up! Niche doesn't mean quality. They just like to milk snobs from money.
Cool all I can say is do you brother! Ultimately everyone is responsible for their scent! I just don’t see the point of Daring myself this much to like a fragrance and possibly offend other people. You have many more years ahead of you to do trial and error :)
I actually really like this! Just got it for under $40 and already considering getting a backup before they raise the price. I definitely wouldn't call this a masterpiece. Vintage YSL M7 would be what I would consider closer to a masterpiece. However, Bentley intense (batch E0E21) is really nice. I keep smelling my wrist when I wear this because it's so rich and alluring. I'm not going to lie and say it's niche quality - it doesn't feel supremely well blended, like the new Pasha Parfum, for example. However, I get not even a hint of anything that smells cheap in this. The quality is outrageously good for the price. I can definitely see how this could be a polarizing scent, though, as it is quite strong and it's definitely not for everyone. Cheers!

Thats fine man this is polarizing indeed. I also wanted to voice out the part of the population who doesn’t like it as I totally did not. I will assert this that no one, even if it’s $20 to $200, should force themselves to like a perfume.
If most people love this scent that's means "mainstream". I rather prefer underground old frags like Lapidus or Furyo.
@@flammaferus2998 in most cases this is MY TRUE with all the HYPE fragrances. These days excues are maybe MANCERA CEDRAT BOISE and ENCRE NOIR EXTREME.
I like it. I just wish the sweetness from the liquor scent was replaced with leaf tobacco. YSL Opium is my favorite cologne and it was also designed by the same person. Also this is no longer a 20 dollar perfume. It goes for 35 on fragrancenet and is more like 40 after tax, which is more than worth it.
It’s not the best fragrance on earth and has a challenging opening but still not a bad one and the dry down is really good, for instance Ursa by Tiziana Terenzi has a skanky opening but still relatively hyped in the fragcomm, anyway it’s all subjective my man as we all know, cheers.
tq for the honest review. i used to smell this fragrance scent 15-20 years ago during funeral. It is classic scent, and with insence (kemenyan) note. 😂
No problem. Yeah to me there’s no reason for anyone to force themselves to like a fragrance if it instantly transports then to say a funeral.

It's funny because while I disagree with some of your points because I do own and occasionally wear this, I can't help but also agree with some of your points at the same time! lol This bottle fits a particular use but I knew that going in when I bought it. You're right about it not being mass-appealing. It's not meant to be a chick-magnet. Personally, I wear this for myself like you said sometimes when I'm wearing a leather jacket. Or, I wear it when I'm hanging out with my guy-friends. It's just a basic "man's" scent but by no means am I suggesting all men should like this. Fuuuuck that! Some guys don't like it. Some other guys can't pull it off.
Whatever the reason, even I caution people not to blind-buy despite how cheap it is. Many of these points, I apply to something like Baccarat Rouge 540. Not mass-appealing, arguably very feminine, very synthetic especially for the price, etc....plus, if I'm being honest with myself, I don't think I could pull this off. Other dudes can, though...so I'm happily envious of/for them! lol Pure Tonka is another example. I love it and I refuse to sell it but I don't think I pull that one off very well either! ><

Yes actually what I also do love about my audience is that you guys don’t let your feelings just start assuming and u hear out that I also bring out the positives and reasons for buying. And to me I think $20 might not seem much but there are people in my native country Philippines who find this expensive and have to pay exorbitant taxes just to own a cheapie, not even adding the hype and all the waiting because shipping to those countries from Fragrance X for example takes forever so I don't just take into account the US where we get things in an instant. I appreciate you a lot man and the feedback you wrote here! PINNED!
Bentley for men intense is better than many niche fragrances. Niche does'nt mean quality! Beware
This fragrance is 30 bucks on most discounters not 20. Maybe at least 25 on ebay.

Believe it or not I have not tried Eros but best believe it will be on a No Hype Review!
This is one that separates a lot of people. Its not going to just be what it smells like from the cap of the bottle. It will be what it smells like once on your body. Its also not for older men. It just won't be for you personally.
Agreed...i personally am not one that buys into the whole youthful/mature fragrance BS...if you love a fragrance wear it.
For me i waste my money on this fragance ; it was a blind buy and i regret of it . In my opinion i would not recommend it . I agree 100% with you troy . Finally i hear an original opinion about it . Thank you troy !!!

It's an amazing fragrance period..but...its got so much love that it has to have the anti hype people /the contrarian...deep down some people may love it but just to be different will claim (I don't like it)...look at creed aventus and tell me this stuff doesn't happen.

Why would they need to send you their sample to see if you like it before they buy it? Surely if they have the sample they should know wether to get it or not? It’s not like it’s a $200/300 fragrance so they need a second opinion. I really like it but then I like most frags with boozy notes in. Keep up the good work man. 👍🏻🙏🏻

Thanks bro for the most honest review on youtube regarding this trash of a scent. I wonder why other youtuber hyped this scent as if its as good as Tom Ford or Creed lmao. And sometimes its not about money because even if I pay a dollar for this crap its a waste because I am never gonna use it. If I like a fragrance I would rather pay more. Within 20-30 range there are great cheapies like azzaro chrome legend, nautica voyage, coolwater etc :)
I totally with you on this, not a masterpiece , it is a cheapie for a reason. Some high end Rojas or Xerjoffs are masterpieces, not 20$ fragrance. It ok for a $20. Me, I rather save for a high quality fragrance instead of buying few cheapies....or get decants . Great vid.

Right I bought this.sprayed a few times and didn't like it at all.few weeks later tested it again as it was getting so much hype.still the same so ended up selling.did like the boozy opening though.after that it's trash.theres a lot better fall/winter fragrances
I got it and its okay. It's just too boozy for me. Definitely overhyped.

Let me tell you" Bentley for men" before the hype train on u tube! I purchased it when it first came out" and omg what a stinky horrible old man scent! Tossed it out same day. Lol. Said to myself who the freak would want to wear this??? Until I saw later on down the road u- tubers talking about what a manly scent ! Bull crap! Lol
