Man, you haven't seen chinese java games, they made some of them extremely hard and grindy to get you to send texts to their numbers. I've played a bit of Strikers 1945 Plus, the game's a joke if you wanted to play it without spending any money back then.
I love this game it's just as good as Asphalt 2 I wish it had vibration feedback, it did everything Asphalt 3 didn't do right except they removed secondary paint jobs like stripes and patterns on the side of the cars. the drifting is good and driving feels good and there is a lot of space for you in the roads so you won't crash a lot like in Asphalt 3. very good sequel but sadly the Asphalt 5 J2me port was cancelled idk why it could've been great but I'm playing the Android version now. my favorite car in this game is BMW M3 and Bugatti

Perhaps you had a weak device and the developer intentionally lowered the frame rate
