My daughter- in law's Mother loved Micheal Landon so when she had my oldest grandson she named him Landon. He's 22 now.
WOW, he has lovey family. He spent whole career in as actor. What amazing he have lo very family. It hard sometime token family through out of his career.It is amazing he got thru his life as actor, director and father and husband. He got plenty in acting, he was very talent through his career. May he rest in peace. Blessing his heart. I didn't know he married 3 times not easy life he has up and down in his whole life. His show was was just right for whole family to watch: laugh, cry, he has so much to be thankful. He got lovely family as well. I understand now what he going thru. Cancer is evil and number 1 killer. I hope someone find the cure of all cancer. I did donate women career once. It make me think and make the best of growing up on understand not everything is rosy. There is hope. I might have cancel it take a year to find out what was my cancer was, no one tell me anything. I am scare and I believer there is a hope. God is everywhere and watching us.
I had the great pleasure of meeting Michael in the beginning of his career at a rodeo in Camdenton, Missouri where he sang and rode his horse. He actually had a good voice. I was only 10 - but had a crush on this very handsome, talented man. Years later, i was hooked on Little House and when it ended I was fortunate to see the explosion of the home filmed in Kansas City. I still love watching episodes - he was gone too soon!!

Amazing talent and one we could sure use now. He helped provide such a supreme example of a man's position in this world through film. We desperately need the like now. Most of today's film's encourage a trashy style of living and it certainly shows.
