Otherwise if none of those are reasons then they could look for a source of internal bleeding. It really just depends. Also you pass out when your brain doesn’t get enough oxygen. That can happen when you are anemic. Also if your blood pressure is too low. It’s not always a neurological issue to pass out. The main thing is to check if the unconscious person is still breathing and has a pulse. If she’s not eating enough and drinking enough that can contribute to low blood pressure and a lack of nutrients to make red blood cells. Also you need to sleep 7 hours minimum at night so your body can heal itself.

At least she doesn't have a weak immune system, cardiac and blood circulation caused by it and Postrual Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.....it then wouldn't be 1st issue of BRB after passing out you come to have something with salt and electorates and wait till balance and cordination along with brainfog and dizzyness vertigob subsides. Then your back up as if nothing happens and then your always waiting for the next issue with it as its very inconvenient.
Well, after watching the popcorn clips of this drama *Gentlemen of East 8th .... I have NO regrets for Passing Over this drama. Well maybe just a few regrets ... sadly, it was a drama that had top tier actors (Zhang Han, Jing Chao & Liu Chang De ) but the script was below par (in my personal opinion).
