If she doesn't have a RUclips channel she should. She's a lovely woman who is not only an artisan in her chosen field but she has an excellent delivery. That includes not just the information but also pacing and the ability to explain what she's doing as she works, at least in part.
It's hard to find true craftsmanship, finding someone who can explain the what, why and how in an easy to follow manner isn't any easier.

I was only 2/3 through the video when I commented, I'll be looking at their channel next.

Now we need Will to find a way to make a production run of head knives.
For those that are interested the main tanning styles are vegetable, chrome, and oil tanned. Typically you want veg tanned for stuff like holsters where the leather is touching metal because the other styles are more prone to rusting the metal.

Being an avid outdoorsman since the age of 3 yrs., [I was born in the Appalachians of PA], I have now devoted my time pursuing a hobby I learned back in my teen years, when I taught myself the art of leather braiding. I don't braid any longer, but I do build many types of leather goods such as knife and gun holsters, wallets and business card "wallets" and many other smaller items needing to be built of leather. I was fascinated by your use of veg. tanned beaver tail, a product which most tanneries do not even try to tan and market. I like to do inlay and overlay work using exotic skins such as python, Kangaroo, and ostrich to name a few, but I have not found any tannery, large or small, who is willing to veg. tan beaver tails, ... hides yes, but they laugh at me when I ask if they do beaver tails! They respond to me like I was nothing more than a senile old codger with nothing to do other than waste their time with frivolous ideas about little of interest. I was so glad to watch this video and see you pull out a couple of tanned beaver tails that it has renewed my quest to locate a beaver tail tannery one way or another. Your design and careful work on inlaying one edge of that beaver tail into the sheath was a very impressive move and showed the initiative to step "out of the box" and try something new.
I hope to see more of your talents on RUclips in the future and wish you the best of luck in finding new ways to embellish a product which has its roots eons ago and has been taken for granted for too many years now.

Will brings out the best of everyone around him. He showcases so many extremely skilled craftsmen, and somehow makes them shine and comfortable in front of the camera. That’s such an underrated skill. Thanks Will and of course Cameraman for always showcasing all your friends’ incredible artistry and skills!!! Francesca here is AMAZING skilled artists goddamn what a beautiful sheath!
Arg what’s the cameraman’s name?! Micah? Jeremiah? I forgot arg! He’s such an integral part of the team! I believe he’s the same videographer that Alec uses when he’s in Montana right?

Looking good, with one exception and those are unbeveled edges. Use skiving knife to thin the sheet near stitch line. It will look much better (not so boxy) also it alows to insert extra layer to protect the thread.
