Rule 17 ka use tab hoga jab reservation wale candidate ko apni top priority wala college OM mai hi mil raha ho. Agar usko OM mai apna top priority college nahi mila toh wo apni reservation ka istemaal karke apni top priority wala college lega. Please understand this thing!!!

@@MedicoPhillic nahi sir... Aap galat bol rahe ho. For example kisi RBA girl ko OM mai Doda ki seat mil rahi hai toh wo apni RBA seat ka use karke Gmc srinagar legi na. Agar kisi RBA girl ko 540 marks hain, usko OM k according Doda rajouri wala college milega, lekin agar wo RBA ka use karegi toh usko 540 pe gmc srinagar ki RBA seat milegi!! Aap khud hi bolo, wo kya opt karegi?? Obviously RBA se gmc srinagar ki seat legi na.. Think about it.
They can get the college of their choice in Rba but still if their score is higher than last om girl then she will get a seat from om
