You can make things a bit cheaper with atziri's reflection, because it solves resistance issues and helps ES a lot if other pieces are lacking. If you wanted a budget for the PoB I linked, it probably in the neighborhood of 2-3 mirrors. The cost mainly comming from mirrored wand, and high quality bases.

You could make the build for 450 div for sure with hh, so if this is what you want to play I would say sure go for it. But at 450 div, I'd say thats still a bit low on investment, and you'd have to go atziris mirror and self craft a lot. My worry would be, at 450 div, you might honestly be disappointed in the build. This build is a final project transition. For 450 div, it does 7 reward sims and any t16 strat. But when it comes to t17s and ubers, playing QoL skills like kb is only possible by throwing absurd currency at it. If you want something for content with the mageblood, lightning strike still amazing.
@@invincibru i have experience with lower budgets int stackers and i know what to expect.. i was already planning to go atziris instead of double wands and to craft everything from scratch. i dont really like to buy all the gear and make an instante god multi mirror build otherwise the game gets boring pretty quickly!! thanks for the reply
They stack. Default they're 35% attack and cast speed, and 35% movement speed 35% damage. They also come with a random tormented spirit buff which could be insane, or useless. The default buff is really insane. 35% movement speed makes the build much more enjoyable.
they're just fun to play with. The bow version of this build with ES as flat damage enchant is pretty cool though, if you want to look into that. Can do it as warden too. Pretty much same stuff, you just drop wand stuff on tree, get a bow and quiver crafted

POB calculates Tinctures wrong, you need to remove the quality and increased effect lines from the Tinctures in POB.
